Description of Work: He checked our heating system, cleaned parts of the unit and made sure everything was working. Friendly but professional. Very happy with everything he did.

Description of Work: He got the air conditioner to come on but when it wasn't cooling, he proceeded to do an overall check for leaks. He tried putting freon in and found leaks. He spent a long time there doing a thorough job. We came to the conclusion, the house needed a new system. It was my husband's deceased mother's house that we were preparing for sale. So we left it as is. My only concern was that we had signed up on line and paid the initial fee but because we were on a time constraint being from out of town, I called to confirm the appointment, only to find out that they were almost totally booked and could not come until the day we were planning to depart the area to return home. That I see as a problem with the on-line Angies's list system. The company was very accommodating and wnen a cancelation came in they were able to move us to an earlier date that would not conflict with our planned departure.

Description of Work: Performed inspection on two AC systems. One needed a capacitor replaced, and that was done immediately. Charges were reasonable. The technician was courteous and professional. Dispatcher called in advance to confirm the appointment both one day before and one hour before, and the technician arrived at the agreed upon time.

Description of Work: He inspected our Heat Pump/AC. I was impressed with his professionalism and decided to invest in Quality Air's yearly plan to keep our heating & cooling system running well.

Description of Work: My 23 year old electric furnace and heat pump were replaced with a newer and more efficient system (new furnace & heat pump). The installation took approximately 5 1/2 hours. The staff was very neat and courteous. They removed and hauled away the old system for disposal and cleaned up after themselves. The technician explained clearly how to use my new system and recommended simple maintenance techniques to keep my investment operating properly. The entire staff of Quality Air was very professional.

Description of Work: Based on their Angie's List rating, I called Quality Air to service my HVAC system after another company had tried for two years to fix it and were not able. QA found that the existing system was undersized, had no coolant (despite being refilled just a month prior by the other company), several ducts were blocked or disconnected, etc. They said it could be fixed but was near the end of it's useful life, and the cost of fixing properly would be almost the cost of replacement. They recommended an entire new system. It was installed promptly, professionally, and at reasonable cost for the amount of work involved. We are now comfortable in our home for the first time ever.

Description of Work: The tech completed a full tuneup on both of my gas furnaces. He was very willing to educate me on the operation of my units. He also replaced both of my thermostats with higher quality units (I provided) and ensured they they worked properly. Very happy with the service.
