Description of Work: Called 5 step (Monday May 16) and told them the stains they said they removed were still there.Employee scoffed at me and said they were new stains,and I told they were the exact same places they said they cleaned. He said I couldn't call 6 weeks later and say they weren't removed. Before I could say anything else,he said he would call back and he hung up on me. The following day I was called and was told they would come on the following Monday. I asked him what the charge would be.He kept hem-hawing around and finally told me he was not in charge and he didn't know what the charge would be. Once again I was hung up on. So all I know is I've got stains they said they cleaned and they can't come back because they won't tell me if there is a charge or not.I will file a complaint with the BBB

The young men who picked up my 3 oriental / wool rugs knew what they were doing and again when they delivered the clean rugs took care in placement; took away the wrappings, helped me with my furniture. The rugs came out beautifully, and I love the non-toxic products used. My living room rug looks like new. My puppy had done a lot of "work" on the rug, and all stains are gone, no smell, etc. The fringe is quite white! Great job!

 + -1 moreThe house was a rental that had not been left in the best of shape. The 10 year old carpet was very dirty, and we weren't sure if it was salvagable or not. Scott squeezed us into his schedule and had the carpet looking almost as good as new in a couple of hours. Very professional and quality work.
Description of Work: He cleaned the carpet throughout the house, which was just under 1,700 sq. ft. of carpet.

 + 1 moreThese are specialized cushions for our travel trailer; I wanted to make sure these were properly handled. They picked them up and I had to leave it to them for a day. They really did a very nice job. The price was excellent. They are easy to work with. For what they did I thought they were incredibly inexpensive, but the quality of work was of very high quality. There were no complications with any of their work. I would use their services in the future. I am planning to use their services for my home furniture.

 + -1 moreI purchased a 10-year old home in July. When I moved in, I became aware that the carpets were extremely stained from the previous owners' dogs. I found Scott on Angie's List, made the appointment, and Scott and his assistant arrived promptly within days of making the appointment. I chose the Five Step process because I need a low-moisture, mold-free method of carpet cleaning. Scott explained the process before beginning the job. They worked hard, and the carpet was immaculate when they finished. I will definately use them again! The price was much more reasonable than other estimates. Thank you, Scott for a job well done!!

 + 2 moreScott and his family came close to performing magic, especially on those white chairs, and the garage floor has never looked better. Their prices were very reasonable and well worth it. They are all exceptionally personable and easy to deal with. Scott did the oriental rug over the weekend, since we needed it almost immediately for a home staging.
Description of Work: Scott, his wife and son (this is a family business) cleaned a variety of items: large oriental rug, two white chairs (that another well-known cleaning company said "couldn't be cleaned"), our stained sink and Corian countertop, the garage floor and spots on a new rug.
