Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning Systems

I got a quote from Alpha 1 Carpet Cleaning Systems. They responded quickly to my call. The work came in under the quote price. They came on time. They were happy with their work. I think they did a really good job.

Absolutely PERFECT. Could not have asked for more.

First, they arrived a few minutes early. We went through the house to show what needed to be done including the laundry room, pantry, hall closet, kitchen and bathroom floors. A totally professional operation. They cleaned the tile floors and even got the white grout sparkling clean. They also sealed the grout. I was so completely happy that I am making everyone take their shoes off because I want to enjoy the beautiful job they did for as long as possible. Between my husband and two dogs, these areas get a lot of traffic and the foot traffic usually leaves evidence. They were careful not to get any cleaning solution on the cabinets or appliances. Just a wonderful, wonderful job and two really nice gentlemen.

I was able to schedule an appoinment in a reasonable time. They came as scheduled, very professional and fast. No complaints. Carpets completely dried in about 5 hrs. and the sofa overnight. And even cleaned two additional small rugs that I thought I would have to get rid of. Looks great, couldn't ask for more and I will definitely use them again.

We called and they came out a couple of days later. They went right to work and did a great job.

These guys are great. Their rates are fair and they do a super job getting out tough stains and cleaning traffic areas in carpets. I have used them twice in the past 2 years and would highly recommend them.

Alpha-1 was very easy to work with. I was able to fit the rolled up rugs in my car and they agreed to pick them up at my workplace and then deliver them to my home after cleaning. Cleaning was completed very quickly and I was not asked to make payment till I had a chance to inspect the rugs and verify I was satisfied with the job done. I was very happy with the cleaning as well as the price.

It went well from contacting them by email, to speaking to John's wife and there is nothing that wasn't perfect. We were wowed!

Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning system is just wonderful. We had a flood and they were there pronto after a disaster. They do whatever you need that pertains to cleaning carpets. I can call Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning system even if i just have a spot I want removed.

They came on time (early actually) and were very efficient. They did not try to sell me extra products or services (as Stanley Steamer did). They were in and out in about one hour and very personable and pleasant. to deal with.

We called this company after reading the high ratings on Angie's list. We did not contact any other carpet cleaning outfit, so cannot comment on price comparison. Sue was prompt and helpful on the telephone. John and his helper were efficient and cleaned our bedroom and den carpets well, including some years-old spots. They were in and out in an hour, and the carpets dry within hours. We agree with the uniformly excellent reports on their work and business.

Company gave estimate 30% lower than competitor, scheduled service for a time convenient for us. They showed up on time and completed the cleaning in less time than we anticipated. Job done, carpet looks great.

My carpet had not been cleaned in about 10 years. After having five people living in the house and a total of five dogs and a cat, it was time to get some help. The two men that came were very professional, and worked efficiently. They got out stains that I thought were permanent. We did move some of the lighter furniture in the bedrooms so that as much carpet as possible would be cleaned. The two men moved the rest in the living/dining room. The carpet looks just about brand new. Although the initial estimate was 150, after I explained about the bad stains I was told it could be a little bit more but not over 200. I was very satisfied with what I got for my money. I am very pleased and would definitely call them sooner than ten years from now!

John arrived promptly on time and worked efficiently to clean the areas above. The service was as promised and they even were able to get up a stain that we had been unable to clean ourselves. The carpets dried very quickly and were usable within a few hours of the service. We will call them again when we need them!

After searching through the Angie's List carpet cleaning companies I settled on Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning based solely on recommendations by other Angies's List members. My previous experiences with a nationally recognized carpet steam cleaning company had been very disappointing and I was looking for a more professional and better way to clean my wall-to-wall carpet. I was not disappointed! From my first call to their office where I spoke with Sue Gull and learned about their cleaning method to the actual completed job were all exceptional experiences. Sue explained to me the "dry cleaning" method they use and the associated benefits over steam cleaning. I was also pleased with the telephone estimate of $130.00. After speaking with her I decided to take a chance and schedule the appointment to coincide with some other "heavy duty" cleaning I was having done at my home the following month. On the day of the appointment John Gull and his assistant called to let me know they were on their way, arrived at the scheduled time and immediately began evaluating and pre-treating spots on my carpet. I was impressed with the cleaning method they use since it starts with a cleaner that barely wets the carpet and then a series of mop heads do the cleaning. As the mops heads get dirty they are switched out to clean ones. I could actually watch as my carpet got cleaner. All the spots were removed including one in the dining room that had "survived" two previous steam cleaning jobs by another company. The carpet actually smelled clean, was not saturated and did not feel stiff or tacky from cleaning solution residue. Within two hours my carpet was completely dry and I could place my dining room chairs, coffee table, ottoman, etc... back on it without fear of staining. The entire process from beginning to end was done with professionalism, a caring for customer satisfaction and with quality workmanship. The following morning I received a call from Sue to verify that the job was done satisfactorily and to thank me for choosing Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning. Overall, in my opinion, this is the best carpet cleaning I have had in 25 years of home ownership!
