72 Degree arrived on time and performed a very thorough check up of my heating system as part of their maintenance problem that I have. Pricing is very very reasonable.

Called 72 Degrees because my unit wasn't getting cold. Don came out and explained my problems with my unit, gave suggestions for repairs. I inquired about purchasing a new unit. We have an appointment for Monday.

Don has been upfront and honest with me in everything he has done for us. I feel he is keeping us safe from future problems.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Something got messed up the original time they came out but they came out and fixed it. There was no charge and they did some upgrades on their own cost so at the end of the day, I would give them a good rating. I did pay additional charges for the deal. Everything worked out the way I wanted it to in the end but there was some back and forth. I would use them again. They were really responsive. When I called to complain, they came right back.
