They were amazing. They always cleaned up after themselves and made sure that they did not track in dirt via dirty shoes. They did they replacements on schedule and had a foreman present at all times. And, most importantly, the salesman knew everything about the companies products.

The fibrex windows were beautiful and will withstand the cold Montana winters far better than vinyl windows. The installation was absolutely seamless and looks fantastic! Our log home was build in 1978. Bryan, JR and Joe replaced our windows in just 2 days during the month of December!! It went GREAT! Now when the wind blows it sounds so different....because it's not blowing in around our windows! Very Happy!!

AMAZING! Everything was done in a timely matter and everyone that had to come over to the house were very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure if they made and mess that they cleaned it up. I still find myself starring at my new window because it's just so beautiful.

The installation process was great. The crew protected the floors, furniture and other belongings during the entire process. They cleaned up inside and out before they left, so you'd never know that someone had been working all day! The new windows are great - the rooms are brighter and feel larger - and more importantly, the old winter drafts are gone and now we'll be able to open all of the windows in the summer. The installation crew arrived on time and was done, as promised, that same day. The sales representative and customer service both followed up with us to make sure that we were happy with our new windows. We can't wait to complete the living room next year and would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone wanting to update their windows!

The sales rep had an example of the type of window we wanted and was most helpful in explaining the product. A little more expensive than some others we looked at but much higher quality. The installers were on time and very efficient. Cleaned up everything and did the job in less time than I expected. A great crew!

The sales and office staff are top notch, with great communication and concern for the customer. When the installation crew arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and took extreme care in all aspects of the work. I got custom trim inside that I am absolutely in LOVE with, and they took extra steps and acquired additional materials for outside trim once they noticed it would perform better for my house. And the quality of window -- WOW! The window estimate may have been a little higher than other companies, but the quality of window and craftsmanship of the installers made up for any difference. So happy with my choice, and will choose RBA again when I can do some additional windows down the road.
