Thank you for your review. I always instruct my men to apply credits to bills when coupons are given by the customer when the invoice is presented for payment. Whether it be from angies list, our website or magazine ads, we require the techs to staple the coupons to the invoices to let us know where the discount was published. I looked in your file which contained your signed invoice and did not see a coupon stapled to it to see which coupon you are referring to. Description of Work: C&K called me to schedule an appointment within 30 minutes of selecting them from Angie's list. I did miss the last same day (afternoon) appointment, but Melissa from C&K was very helpful and nice, and scheduled me at 8:30 the next day. My furnace was out (and it's been really cold outside!). Melissa actually helped me trouble shoot the issue after I set up the appointment. Very helpful! Melissa also called 30 minutes ahead of my appointment to make sure all was okay. Ty showed up promptly on time and was very professional. He quickly found the two issues - an ignition and thermostat issues. Was able to repair both w/o having to leave for parts. He left me his # in case I had questions about the programmable thermostat. All in all, done in just over an hour.
