Description of Work: I had them come out twice to look at my AC unit. The first time, a part was replaced and the technician made a recommendation and quote for a new unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood everything that was being done. I got a second quote from another company that was much higher than what this technician had quoted. I had the C&K technician come back out to look at everything again and give me another quote. While I ended up going with someone else for a new unit, I would recommend and potentially use C&K for future use.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the work they did. They were actually hired by our builder, so he handled paying them. They did do their part of the job quite well and on time. It has been almost a year and I haven't had a problem with any work that they did.
Description of Work: C & K Heating and Air put in a vent for my dryer in a newly added laundry room. I believe they also put in the plugs for the washer and dryer.

+ -1 moreI have always been pleased with the work they have done on our home. We have three separate units that they installed and also maintain for us. The only thing with this new unit when I turned it on it smelled like dirty socks for about an hour and then the smell would go away. They did come out and take everything apart and clean it out quite thoroughly for us for us to get rid of the smell. I would still give them an A for all the hard work they did for us.
Description of Work: They installed a third Trane central air conditioning unit in my home of almost 5,000 square feet. This was for our third floor.

+ -1 moreThey showed up when we needed them to and everything has worked just fine for over a year now. We have not had a single problem with anything. We are very happy with the work they did and would call on them again. We had paid our general contractor and he had paid them.
Description of Work: They installed a 60000 BTU furnace and a 2.5 or 3 ton condenser unit when we had an addition and remodeling job done on our house. They also put in new duct work through out our house.

Description of Work: I needed to have a new furnace installed in my 2700 square foot home by this company. The old furnace was not working properly, and I switched my service from electric to gas. The old unit was removed and replaced.

I think they are just about as reasonable as everyone else when it comes to pricing. I have not complained about anything they do. They always show up on schedule and they even call periodically to make sure that everything is still going ok. That shows me that they really care about their customers.
