Description of Work: I had them come out twice to look at my AC unit. The first time, a part was replaced and the technician made a recommendation and quote for a new unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood everything that was being done. I got a second quote from another company that was much higher than what this technician had quoted. I had the C&K technician come back out to look at everything again and give me another quote. While I ended up going with someone else for a new unit, I would recommend and potentially use C&K for future use.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the work they did. They were actually hired by our builder, so he handled paying them. They did do their part of the job quite well and on time. It has been almost a year and I haven't had a problem with any work that they did.
Description of Work: C & K Heating and Air put in a vent for my dryer in a newly added laundry room. I believe they also put in the plugs for the washer and dryer.

Description of Work: We had previously bought a furnace from this company. They came back on this occasion to check and make sure that there was not a leak on the new furnace. The house is about 1,500 square feet.

+ -1 moreI have always been pleased with the work they have done on our home. We have three separate units that they installed and also maintain for us. The only thing with this new unit when I turned it on it smelled like dirty socks for about an hour and then the smell would go away. They did come out and take everything apart and clean it out quite thoroughly for us for us to get rid of the smell. I would still give them an A for all the hard work they did for us.
Description of Work: They installed a third Trane central air conditioning unit in my home of almost 5,000 square feet. This was for our third floor.

He really cares about the quality of work that comes from his companies name. We just don't think that there is another business like his. Everyone is very friendly. They all really know their trade. They left behind no mess for us to clean up. This company had the very best price for the job.
Description of Work: C & K Air Conditioning installed a new 3 ton, 36000 BTU evaporator coil to our existing system. They installed new duct work in our attic. They also installed a new 70000 BTU gas furnace with a 3 ton blower in our basement.

I think they are just about as reasonable as everyone else when it comes to pricing. I have not complained about anything they do. They always show up on schedule and they even call periodically to make sure that everything is still going ok. That shows me that they really care about their customers.
Description of Work: C & K Heating provides yearly maintenance checks on my heating and cooling system.
