Our Technician, Jeff, was outstanding. He was friendly, on time, and gave an overall sense of trustworthiness with his approach. He called to confirm our appointment and arrived several minutes later. He approached with a smile and got right to work. It turns out our suspicions were correct, it was a simple problem. He invited me to watch him find the problem, explained what the problem was, showed me the blown part, and proceeded to service our unit. Jeff was finished in about 20 minutes. He checked the unit inside to be sure it was running efficiently and gave us suggestions on how the unit should perform. Jeff's expertise combined with his superb customer service and satisfaction were outstanding. He was just a very nice guy. He made us feel comfortable and safe with having a total stranger in our home. That speaks volumes for Jeff and the business as a whole. We will be using this business and Jeff again for future maintenance and service.

Outstanding. We just bought a house and took advantage of the coupon C&K offered for the AC checkup and to run down what we thought might be a mold or mildew smell coming from a duct. I found them on here (Angie's List), sent an email to the office late, expecting to hear back from them in a day or so. The very next morning, 7:30 am, there was an email saying they did service our area and they could have a tech to us by mid day. I called and talked to Rebecca who had sent the email and scheduled the appointment. She offered a 30 min call or an hour or anything we preferred. She was very polite and gave me the impression they wanted my business and would do well by us. She called just as she said she would, gave us the ETA and the tech, JJ arrived on schedule. He was VERY knowledgeable and very polite. I enjoyed talking to him and he never once seemed put off by my stupid questions or me following him around talking to him in general as he went about his work. In my opinion he went above and beyond his duty in checking out our system and tracking the smell and finding not in the AC units. He told us about the status of our units and the need for followup for heating check up as they normally did not carry the tv contraption he needed to check inside the heater this time of year. I did not take this as a sales pitch, cause I could see with my own uneducated eyes the heating chamber had rust all over it. The worry of carbon monoxide makes this a very smart check to do. He gave us an honest appraisal of the situation, and although it looks like a new unit might be in our future in the next few years, again, he showed us why, and I could see it. He also said we still had some time on it, so no high pressure buy it now stuff. When he wrote the bill, he gave us the price quoted and the cost of some anti mold spray and chlorine tabs he used. VERY FAIR. I must say I was very impressed from the start to finish. They will definitely be my go to Heat and Air folks.

For the last year we have had a service contract with A &C and I see the technician twice a year for preventative maintenance. I especially like I have the same technician each time I have service. When I called on Monday, I was having a fuse issue with one of our air conditioners, even though I had air conditioning I was scheduled the next morning between 730-800am. I was happy to see my regular technician arrive right on time. My technician is courteous and helpful. At 730 in the morning it is especially appreciated to see a happy face. This company is all about customer service, everyone I have talked to has been excellent and the technician is knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for another great job. .

They did a good job. They were good people to work with.

It went great. We didn't have any a/c and the heat index the previous day (a Friday) was 104 degrees. We were afraid we would spend the entire weekend with no a/c. Technician came Saturday morning and within an hour we had cold air flowing. The technician was very polite. Will definitely use C & K again.

The service they charge was alright and they were fast and efficient because the were there the day they told to came out. They did the job done in a timely manner and they were professional.

Contacted C and K. They were very prompt. Determined the problem. Rectified problem. Very friendly and professional. I need two new four ton units but can't really afford them right now. I told that to these guys. They have helped me keep one 19 year old unit and one 8 year old unit running until I can afford to replace them. Very appreciative of this. Nice guys! Phenomenal phone service. Rebecca is so nice and accommodating! They will be putting in my new Units when I can afford them!! Will hire again! Would and did recommend to friends and neighbors!

I give C&K in "A" in all customer service categories. Equally important, I got the impression that integrity, work ethics and value were of utmost importance in conjunction with excellent service at a fair price! I am impressed and have already started singing their praises to my co-workers, family and friends. Moreover, I was very surprised that it took very little time to identify and correct the problem. The invoice amount was $95. on the initial visit and $120. for the second visit. Each problem was identified and corrected in less than 45 minutes.

Our experience was WONDERFUL! Will definately use this company again ! Very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Now we have cool air again.

C&K was one of four companies that gave me an estimate concerning repair/replacement of my existing AC system. Richard came to my house at the end of June and examined my system. He was thorough and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unlike representatives from the other companies, he patiently explained various options to me and responded to my questions. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. I chose replacement of the exterior unit only. The estimate was far less than that I received from one company. It was a bit more than I received from another company, but that company wanted to install a brand that Consumer Reports suggests is substantially inferior to a Trane. I considered the C&K price to be very reasonable in light of the size of the unit I purchased and the substantial work the installation required. The installation went very smoothly and was not at all rushed. Again, throughout the process, Richard (this time helped by an assistant) was completely professional and easy to work with. My house isn't the cleanest around, but even so the guys took the time to ensure that they didn't track in dirt or grass. The ultimate price was exactly what C&K estimated. I have nothing but praise for the work C&K did. Richard was terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

They were very prompt, professional and patience. Explained everything well. He cleaned out the AC vents on the outside and inspected the inside. He didn't really find anything but only charged us for an hour.

Very professional, on time, in fact called to ask if technician could come a little early. I would use them again. Had heard good things about this company from a friend several years ago.

Technician was alright. The thing is, we called the server who originally installed our unit to see the coil was still under warranty. A tech came today, 06/17 and he said the coil was perfectly ok- no leaks found. I find them expensive too.

Called on a Saturday and this company was the only one out of three calls that answered on the weekend. Was very prompt and performed the services that day and I was very pleased. Will definetly use this company again and would recommend them highly.

C & K first came out at the beginning of the season to recharge my A/C system, which was nearly completely empty of refrigerant. This problem also occurred the previous year, but the company I used then overcharged for the refrigerant and did not correctly fix the source of the leak. C & K first tried to find the source of the leak with an electronic leak detector, but failing that they put dye in the system. After running the system for a couple of months (the weather became cooler, so the A/C was needed infrequently), the source of the leak was identified to be the evaporator coil. They replaced the coil, which was under warrenty, and the system has been functioning well since then. Also, C & K charged nearly half what the other company charged for refrigerant. They were very professional and courteous.

It's been a while since I had my air serviced. It had been a little funky as sometimes when it came on, it would cycle (on for 15 seconds, off for 30 seconds, on for 20, off for 30, etc.). I figured that I'd try a regular service before asking for a repair (based on research I did on the web). I contacted the company at approximately 10:00 a.m. I can't remember the name of the lady I spoke to, but she was very nice. She indicated that she could have someone out at about 4:30 that day, or the next day. At approximately 4:00, the lady called to indicate a service man was on his way. When the gentleman arrived, he was very nice. He checked the filters and gave me some information about them, checked both thermostats, then went outside to the units. I am a curious person by nature so I asked him many questions while he worked. He patiently answered every last one of them! It probably took about 45 minutes to complete the service. When he was done, we turned the air back on and he waited for about 10 minutes to see if the cycling started. It didn't - thank goodness - but he told me to call them back if it starts again. We are 24 hours after the service, and the air seems to be working great! All in all, I am extremely happy with the service.

Arrived right on time, detected issue and checked the entire unit. Informed exactly what he was doing and why showed damaged part. Would not hesitate to recommend. Called on Monday afternoon and they came out first thing Tuesday.

Highly recommend. Polite receptionist scheduled same day service. AC recharged and service check. Will call next time i need AC work. Quick service at a great price.

During the initial consult regarding my issues with cooling, Chris could not have been more helpful, knowlegeable and professional. He was not pushy and did not try to sway me at all. In fact, I could have had $400-500 quick fix but opted for the new unit since it was about 13 years old and the new one was much more energy efficient. A crew of 5 or 6 completed the job in 5-6 hours. They wre all busy, helpful, informative, respectful of my property and proficient in their trade. I could not be more pleased with the job they did. Because of the recent cool spell I cannot comment yet on the AC but will repost in a few weeks my experience with the comfort. I am sure it will be great and Chris and his team will address any unexpected issues that might arise.

I called on Thursday to make an appointment. C&K offered an appointment for Saturday morning, so I signed up for the slot. Chris called around 8 am to notify me that he was on his way and arrived around 8:30 am. He left at 9:45 after completing the service and also taking a look at the overall system (30 years old) to give me some information on new system. The cost of servie included refrigerant, capacitor, and labor.

I have a 5 ton central unit that did not have sufficient return air flow to the unit. On March 12, CK Air Conditioning had given me an estimate on my return duct. Chris suggested locations for my return grills. I had done a lot of research and I had a lot of questions. Chris answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He made me feel important as a potential customer. I had other estimates but I ultimately chose CK Air Conditioning. They were professional, efficient, and coordinated well with each other.
