PREVENTIVE FIRE & SECURITY

Company was used by the builder for the pre-wire and a gentlemen named Travis met my wife and I and walked the house down three times. However the pre wire was not performed. This resulted in excessive labor and costs to complete the job. Travis does not know hoe to make proper connections for video equipment using cheap screw on connectors or using pliers to crimp connections. Travis also cut the power feed to our laundry room which resulted in us having to pay an electrician to repair the damage. The tv went out repeatedly after Travis was done and when Direct TV came out to replace the connectors that Travis used it cost another $150. The invoice provided by Travis was about twice what he and the builder originally quoted. The excuse was that Travis did not complete the prewire so there was more labor. We paid the bill but when I called Travis to come out and repair the poor quality work he told me i would need to pay more because he gave me such a good deal. Pictures show work
