 + -1 moreHaving just moved into a new house (built in 1989, but new to me) I knew the first call I'd make would be to Practically Free Energy. Most air conditioners are not sized or configured correctly, and this one was no exception. Jerold and his crew came replaced coolant, re-charged the a/c, and fine-tuned it for optimal cooling for the size of the house. Also, the house had only one air return, so they installed a second return which increased the volume of air coming out of all the vents, and again helped cool the house better. They even swept up after themselves. I plan to use them again the the fall to get my leaky ductwork sealed.
