They offered great service and got the work done fast. The only complaint I had was that they came out twice to put a termite foam in the wall of the most active area and twice the machine was broken. But they promise to be back out as soon as it is fixed and the service tech seemed really upset and embarrassed by his equipment malfunction.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and spent quite a while being very thorough applying chemicals. He stated the bugs would be active for 2-3 days while ingesting chemicals (they were) and that they should disappear after that. It actually took 6-7 days before we felt that we were pest-free, but we finally are.
