Description of Work: Pros: Had an ongoing major problem with an upstairs A/C unit that leaked water through the floor into the room below as soon as the unit was turned on. Three other A/C companies, including the one that installed the unit, failed to locate the cause. Aire Serv found it quickly, repaired it, and advised why it failed and how to prevent a recurrence thereby earning the ratings above. |Cons: Too agressive in pushing a maintenance program. Had to say "No thanks" too many times. Thought the cost a little high for locating and replacing a readily accessible 2.5' piece of PVC pipe. |Conclusion: I highly recommend Aire Serv and will definitely call them again for any A/C related problems. :-)
