I needed someone to install a new back door so I called Broadhurst Door for an estimate. After providing the estimate, the man saw that my garage door needed repair as well. He asked if he could provide an estimate for that as well, if I wanted to get that fixed. He stated his estimate would include a lower cost for some panels he had in stock which he would sell to me at a reduced rate. I accepted that job as well. They arrived on-time on the day we scheduled. They did a very good job of installing. They were friendly and, as things go, we conversed as I watched them do the installation. In our conversation I stated how I broke some ribs recently and I wasn't looking forward to installing the steps leading up to our new back door. They offered to do the stair installation for me. I accepted that. I was completely satisfied not just with the work provided but how they were proactive in taking care of my needs. There was no hard-sell. I was impressed with the courteousness and care they showed.
