Deck looks gorgeous! They executed our vision perfectly and the company as well as the deck builders were very easy to work with and did a great job! Would definitely recommend them for a composite deck!

After meeting with a number of contractors to replace my deck, I selected Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors for the job. Not only were their prices competitive, but the professionalism and expertise that the salesperson, Adam Kaegy exhibited won me over. Kudos are also in order to Tom, Shannon, Mary and Mike for the roles they played in the production process. The construction crew, supervised by Joey was exceptional. Joey didn't mind me asking questions, providing clarity as the job was being conducted. He went beyond the call of duty in meeting my expectations. My deck looks fabulous!! Good customer service is so very important and this is what I received from Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors.

Everyone was kind and polite. The work crew added a small ramp for me to use to get in and out with my walker. They thought and created this when they saw that I had a disability. I so appreciate their thoughtfulness. They did a beautiful job and I love the finished deck. I chose a silver/gray color decking with black railing. Itâ s beautiful! I would happily recommend Intelligent to anyone who wants a new deck.

Intelligent Exteriors is a class act business. Great customer service...from the beginning with Mike, .Moving on to Adam, Shannon, and Mary. Then the construction crew, Jim, Aaron, and Kyle got the job done in a prompt manner. Overall a company that we would recommend to everyone.

Not only was I extremely happy with the customer service from Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors, we got hit with 5/8 dia. hail 3 days after they finished the roof. A neighbor called another company out to examine their roof and give them an estimate. They requested to check out our roof for damage hoping to get additional work. The company used a drone and stated that we had no damage and said that whomever did our roof did an excellent job. Hats off to Intelligent Roofing from me and another non-associated company.

What a great experience! Just like their name says INTELLIGENT! From start to finish I'm very happy with the complete job. The craftsmanship and quality work were what they promised and they delivered.

We had gutters replaced and gutter guards installed. Dealt with several individuals which were not optimum but everyone was polite and professional. Not the cheapest but the installation crew was experienced and extremely efficient. The job was done very well. Once it rains we will see how well everything works.

From beginning to end, Intelligent was able to communicate to me the details of my project, and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. Our final deck looks wonderful, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Admittedly I am not an expert with deck construction. I received multiple bids from many contractors, and ultimately decided to go with Intelligent as they were able to demonstrate they know the business well as evidenced by explaining how the deck business worked, and explained to me how my money would be used. I appreciated the constant communication from Mike and Tim, answering any and all questions I had about the construction process, and why things were being done certain ways, from flashing, to how the roof was built. Again, being that I am not an expert, I went to the internet many times to investigate how something should be done, and every time Intelligent agreed with the process, and showed me how they followed best construction standards to date. During the project, we asked for a few changes to the original plans, and Mike worked to ensure everything was complete without price gauging us. I would highly recommend Intelligent, giving 5 stars throughout!

No matter if there were surprises (extra concrete work) , everyone was helpful, answered questions & did excellent work. couldn't get my computer to work right , but I have given them 5 stars in every category!

They answered a lot of my questions after I got their bid and we discussed various options on the decking and railing color and design until I was satisfied. The plans and drawings were reviewed with me before submitting for the permit. At my request they delayed the start date due to the coronavirus situation. The communication was great throughout the whole process. The construction crew showed up every day on time and I was notified the one day that it rained too much. Construction crew was experienced and knowledgable and answered any questions that I had. City permit and inspections were arranged and timed very well and there were no problems. Everyone was very professional so all in all it was a very good experience. Deck turned out great!

They offered a decent price for the project, but overall we were frustrated throughout the project. The project was a remodel of the back porch. We had a difficult time finding a contractor that would perform this project b/c it had some additional complexities beyond a simple resurfacing. And as far as the biggest parts of the job, we were satisfied. But the project went from an estimated 3 days to not be completed for 3 months. Additionally, there were several cosmetic and touch up things that were incomplete. All of the posts that were removed, replaced, or impacted by the project were not repainted, this included a few pieces that were replaced, and we were left with just the bare wood unpainted... All of the sawdust and stacks of debris from the project were leftover. Essentially, the issues boiled down to a very informal style of the company throughout the project. We signed a contract with the company and they paid another contractor to do the work, we did not have any problem with the individuals. The contractor did good work and was very nice. But we expected a follow-up from the company and a quality assurance check at the end of the project. Even after I requested these things b/c the project was stalled for several months, there was never a follow-up. This would have been when I would have shown them the things that needed to be completed and they could have just finished the project 100% instead of 90% completed, and I would have given them 4-5 stars. The contractor had serious flu during the project and there was snow on some of the days, this was not his fault and some of the delays were not the companies fault. But when several weeks and eventually months went by and we never heard from intelligent exteriors, we became frustrated. They basically acted like it was not there project b/c another contractor was doing the work. Most frustrating of all is that I specifically asked them to reach out to us during and at the end of the project since I had not talked to them in months, and they never did a follow-up.

We hired Intelligent for new siding and a new deck. By far the best price and quality! Communication was present throughout the whole project. Very professional and end result is amazing!

The other company I contacted was trying to gouge me, charging almost double.

These guys heard my concern and addressed it Immediately. They went above and beyond to help me.

I had great results with the replacement of my roof and deck. They were very accommodating to my schedule for completion of the work. Ii would definitly recommend them to others.
