Everyone we had contact with at Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors were friendly and knowledgeable about our project. Their customer service is outstanding. The process of selecting the materials and design for our deck was thorough and explained to us allowing us to make the decisions with ease. Their crew did excellent work. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. We have been rehabbing homes for nearly 47 years and we can highly recommend this business. The work is beautiful. The team was great to work with. We received 6 bids and not only was Intelligent the best value, they also recommended options others didn't. We ended up with a gorgeous Tiger Wood deck. I wouldn't have known about that material option without their recommendation. The crew building the deck was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date throughout the build process. 10/10, would recommend and will likely use Intelligent I'm the future for another project idea.

The existing deck was a tear-off at 8 feet so staging material coming in was important for organization and cleanliness. The crew was always at the job site on time and worked all day employing a skill set of form, fit, and function. This was beautiful, professional work that made me feel confident that this deck will last a lifetime. They will be my first call in the future for an outside house project.

I shopped around and got 6 bids. I decided on a new deck with composite and vinyl versus a repair. Intelligentâ s owner, Mike reached out to me and promised great work with an earlier start date than his competition. There were several phone calls from Intelligent and others but Mike sold me on his company. . The work started promptly and Iâ m happy with the final results. The work crew was informative and courteous. The front office staff- Mary and Adam kept in contact with me the entire time. If ever I need any exterior work, they will be my first call.

Weâ re very pleased with our new covered deck. They perfectly matched our siding and roof and the quality of work was outstanding. They kept the work area clean during construction and and upon completion. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for future projects.

The 3 man team was AWESOME. Young, knowledgeable & very respectful. Always on task & never wasted a moment. There was no debris left behind they left our property just as they found it.

These guys were amazing! Tom was great came out late and help me decide on what deck materials I wanted. He wasnâ t pushy and really let everything be my decision and gave me a great price for my composite deck. He also was super nice with my daughter as well! Mary had great communication with letting my know every step when my supplies was coming and what to expect. Bruce and his crew were fast they had my tear down and deck built in 3 days!!! They even cleaned out the old swing set I had under there! Adam was great too he came out to check on the deck and how it was going. He even help me clean up and straighten some stuff when he didnâ t have to! I recommend this company to everyone! I am still so amazed at how fast everything got done!
