Description of Work: Michael's Flooring was great to work with. We stopped in one day to pick up a sample to take furniture shopping. They helped us pick out our carpet, let us take the samples home overnight, came to measure when they said they would, and scheduled an install time that worked for us. When installing we found some issues with our stairs that needed fixed, so they left the carpet off and came back to finish on the next work day, right before the holiday's too, with no extra charge. We plan on having them do the rest of our home soon.

Description of Work: Michael's removed and replaced the carpet in our family room. The estimator was out to measure the room the day after we contacted Micheal's, and the salesman got the final installed price to us the next day. We completed the purchase and had new carpet in less than 30 days. The installers arrived on-time and were very careful in moving our furniture. The installation was fast and very professional - you cannot even tell where the carpet was seamed in the middle of the room. Overall, an excellent experience!
