Steve did a great job on all 3 repairs he performed. He is the kind of guy that will go above and beyond on the work that he does. In the case of the chimney repair, he gave me a date and showed up promptly on that day. I called him back for additional jobs and he exceeded expectations. His stone foundation repair was exceptional. I would recommend him and especially for stone foundation repair. In all of the work that he does he does a before and after so you can see exactly what is done which is especially helpful in areas that you cannot yourself see.

Very well. They ground out and replaced the mortar and put a clear sealant in the cracked bricks so it isn't noticeable. I have multi-colored bricks in the walls and would have been hard to match all the colors.

The job went very well in spite of weather delays. The walk looks so much better it makes realize how bad and unsafe it was before. I'm very happy with the results.

After many, many phone calls, he did finally call us back. He scheduled a visit. Then he didn't show. He said it was because it rained - even though he didn't call to let us know he wasn't going to show up. Scheduled another appointment and didn't show up again. We canceled the coupon and got our money back from Angie's List.

We had some difficulty getting our schedules together at first, but we eventually were able to get synchronized. When we did, they came out like they said they would, and did a job that I'm pleased with. The provided before-and-after photos of the work that was done, and told us about additional work that would need done. The pictures were very helpful.

Steve and his team were polite, easy to work with and despite the horrible rain during the week, they got the job done quickly, came on Saturday to finish up and worked professionally. The work looks really great and we would highly recommend Taylor's Tuckpointing. Also, they cleaned up after themselves, which is a big plus!

He did not show twice as scheduled thus the low ratings. His work is good and he is very nice, but he needs to show up or call when can't make a scheduled appointment to get a higher rating and for me to use again.

I used Taylor's Tuck pointing. I was unhappy with that. They did a wonderful job with the grouting between the stones we have on our garage but all the grouting on the front of our villa is a blonde, they just used normal grout.

His work was OK, it just took a long time to get him.

The cement job turned out very well. the mortar between bricks looks so much better now. The workman even used a darker color mortar rather than white so it would match the older mortar on the porch (smart) The workman even went to find a brick that would match a broken brick on the porch going above and beyond which I really appreciated. The porch looks great, I would recommend the business to a friend!

Chimney was in kinda bad shape. Steve gave me an estimate and work was DONE in a couple days. This guy is among the last of his kind, honest, hard working and most important, GREAT service.

Mr. Taylor was very professional. He did a beautiful job fixing my porch and minor tuckpointing in that area. I will be calling Mr. Taylor again when the weather breaks for additional tuckpointing. Very pleased with his work.

Service provider was on time and very professional. The steps are as good as new and the craftsmanship is really good.

He came to the house and I asked him to do the three hours of tuckpointing that I?d pre-purchased. I had some other work that needed done but wanted him to do just a few little jobs for the three hours, but he refused to do it that way.
