All was good except the additional $42.50 "service call" fee. I didn't expect that.

Good work - would not give fixed price quote. Time & material was expensive! Guesstimate of 6-8 hrs turned into 11hrs!! Charged $85 for materials on a plaster repair (actual cost <$10). They were available when I wanted them & the quality on the job was very good just very expensive!! ($1050) In hindsight I should have used John Steuer Plaster - they quoted 10hrs @ $75/hr not to exceed price of $750.

The were very responsive and did an excellent job with my gutter cleaning.

Came out quick and was professional. I would call him again.

Good experience, he did a great job with what I needed to be done (installing a mailbox). The work did not take long at all. Eileen, who answers the phones and takes the service request, is an excellent asset to your company, in that she kept me informed accurately about when things were going to happen. I'd use this company again, and would recommend them to friends/family/neighbors, etc. Thanks!
