Description of Work: I paid for partial roof repairs and so had minimal service. They removed what they called algae but was moss from part of the flat roof and made some minor repairs to the fascia. I was satisfied enough to get estimates on a bigger job but have not moved further.

Description of Work: Reattached siding. Just did places I showed him, took no initiative to check for other areas and got done in 1 hour.

Description of Work: They were very receptive but we misunderstood the coupon offer. Our gutter had fallen completely off the building and the coupon offer was only for cleaning. They offered to come out and perform an estimate to reattach the gutter but unfortunately the estimate was higher than our budget allows.

Description of Work: We contacted Triton on March 19 to schedule service appointment. We purchased a similar Angie's List deal from them last October and explained we had discovered more loose shingles that needed to be tacked down. The girl at Triton made a comment about "still not getting a new roof?" Appointment was made for March 25 at noon. Marshall from Triton arrived around 10am. My wife showed him two spots that had loose shingles, a small spot above the garage, and a larger spot on the backside. As he's looking at the backside he says "this is wind damage". My wife says, " it still has to be fixed". Marshall goes to his truck for a few minutes, then comes back to the house and explains that he cannot do the work. He said he would need a "crew" and it would cost about $1500.00. He said he would give us a $200 discount with the Angie's Deal we bought, but he would not fix it now. My wife asked him why Triton fixed our roof back in October using the same deal? He said they shouldn't have, and that the employee who performed the repair then had been fired because of it. He then quoted my wife prices for repair and a roof replacement. We declined.

Description of Work: Tim and his crew were great. Extremely professional from the estimate to job clean up (roof replacement). I've used them since on other, smaller projects and have been continually impressed with their integrity and straightforward approach.

Description of Work: They just put some clear caulk on the window when when it meets in the center basically. Then proceeded to explain how we needed to replace all of the windows in all of our home. Our home is is only 12 yrs old abd that us an investment we really shouldn't have to make. Plus we feel we wasted our money with this Angie's list product. Because once we open the windows they sealed, then that little seal has become voided and no longer useful. They quickly applied their caulk to the 10 windows, after tell us about the windows they could sells us, if we were interested.

Description of Work: The company came out yesterday and, after looking at my windows, came to the conclusion that I didn't need any service--my windows were in good shape. I really appreciate their honesty and would use them in the future.

When the first weather stripping didn't work, Marshall repeated the procedure with a very high end product Short of purchasing a new door, this was the best possible solution. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. Highly rated. |
