Description of Work: I purchased their gutter cleaning special for $99. That's exactly what they did...climbed a ladder and scooped out any visible debris found in the gutters. 20-minute job. The special did not include the downspouts. He wasn't prepared/equipped to do the downspouts, even if I wanted to pay extra. This wasn't the value I expected.
