Description of Work: They caulked around windows and put new weather stripping around 2 doors. They were very good but we had a little problem connecting with each other. I would still use them in the future.

Description of Work: I bought a gutter cleaning promotion, as I had a clogged downspout. They cleaned the gutters and successfully unclogged the downspout, and did a good job of cleaning up the area afterwards. I inquired about gutter guards, which they had with them and installed on the spot for not a lot of money. Great guys - I'd not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: The technicians were nice add friendly, they arrived at the scheduled time. They did the doors which for the most part are okay. My doors are not square, so they added some extra stick on weather stripping which has since fallen off. I pointed out the 10 windows to do and didn't notice until later they only did nine. The one they missed is on the north side of the house. My main issue is that I also need some siding work done and asked them about it. They took pictures so they could match the siding, but I never heard back from them. I called a couple of times, but got a voice mail. I left a message, but no reply. Also, they left my hardwood floors scuffed up where they were working on the doors. It seems like they should have had a mat or something to put down.

Description of Work: Put a piece of siding trim back on, adjusted a soffit, helped straighten a rain barrel connected to a downspout & used a blower on the roof to clear the gutters.

Description of Work: The initial the person to do the service of exterior winterizing came late. After checking where the repairs where going to be made. He went to his truck and claim that someone stole his phone and he did not have the materials he need to perform the job; and he could not call anyone to bring it to him. He also stated someone was watching him and probably stole the phone out of his truck. I ask if he wanted me to call the police because I didn't see anyone who could have stolen it. And he stated no because it was cracked and he wanted a new phone anyway. To make a long story short we rescheduled and no one showed up nor call on the new schedule date. So we called TRITON EXTERIORS, and TRITON EXTERIORS rep stated the service guy stated he didn't feel safe coming in the neighborhood since he was robbed of his tools and phone. Which was a total lie. I was at his truck with him and ask if he thought something else was stole besides his phone and he stated no and he didn't want to call the police which I previous mentioned. TRITON EXTERIORS Winterize installer stated he was the only Tech to performed the winterization. And they didn't have any other installers so they will refund our money. They also stated they talked with Angie List and I should receive the full refund. In actuality Angie List does not give refund so I have to pick another service to perform. I very disappointed because the Tech lie and TRITON EXTERIORS did not investigate what happen. I know there are crimes in all neighborhoods however we never had a problem with any service rep coming to the neighborhood.
