Description of Work: Had gutters cleaned. Three of four downspouts were very clogged. He even took off the elbows (and re-attached) to get the clogs out. Ran water through to insure free-flowing. Also gave a written statement of what was done and what other issues were observed; e.g. a couple of lifted shingles. Very professional and congenial, especially on a very hot morning in the sun.
