It took awhile to get a hold of them. They found some extra things that need done, the gentleman who came out was very nice.

They were incredibly nice. After looking around at the house, they determined that everything was in good shape and that I wasn't in need of any work. I appreciated their honesty.

It worked out fine. They did real good job. Prompt, courteous and I was real happy with the service. Everything is working just great. The reason I had him do it instead of buying it myself is because it is a 2 story house and I don't have a ladder big enough. My gutters were longer than what the deal covered and it did cost me just a little more money.

I didnt use the deal because they never contacted me and I never heard from anyone.

The Triton Contracting representative, Rob Connor was on time and very professional. He checked the gutters and was able to secure them properly. He found the loose fascia and secured it so the wind would not catch it and rip it off. He then inspected the roof and saw 'pea-size hail' damage. He explained that while the roof is aging and has some damage, it's still a good roof and doesn't need to be replaced at this time. He was pleasant, attentive and honest. The honesty displayed by Rob Connor will be the reason I will call Triton Contracting when the roof does need to be replaced.

My wife was the one who was home, and said they were on time and efficient.

I had an apartment building roof begin to leak, allowing HUGE amounts of water to flow into a closet and hallway. Tim came out with a guy, in the rain and put a tarp over the leaking portion of the roof. Two days later it was dry and they replaced/repaired the bad roof. They also corrected a gutter issue while they were at it. Great company and better service!

Arrived early but stayed in this truck until the appointment time. Reviewed everything that he was going to do. Took care of a couple of things that wasn't in the package that was purchased. Gave us advise on how to do a few things ourselves. Was happy with the professionalism and being on time.

....quick, professional, courteous....did an excellent job in 30 minutes....then was looking for downspout installation and he performed that task also in an hour....could not be more pleased....Rob was the installer/salesman and just did a superb job....I recvd a great deal...would highly recommend Triton for your gutter needs

Rob went above and beyond by addressing other areas of weatherization concern at our home. He gave me great advice on some easy DIY things that I can do to improve energy efficiency. I appreciated Rob's honesty and advice. Iwould definitely hire Triton in the future!

Matt was courteous, and very supportive I'm setting up the service. However the technician was less than thorough in performing the job. I photographed and forwarded Matt pictures of areas that weren't caulked around the windows he said caulking the bottom of the windows was a liability therefore they would not fix that. Thorough caulking was the reason I bought the Big Deal, but Triton refused to thoroughly caulk the windows and left a gap at the bottom of my front door without a weather strip.

Everything went very well and it is what I expected.

This was an outstanding, caring, compassionate company. My mother-in-law (86) had damage to her gutters, roof, and windows. The insurance company wasn't paying for some of the gutter replacement and the gutter guards that sustained a large amount of damage. The owner of Triton met with my mother-in-law and a few days later had something worked out that she would get all new gutters and gutter guards. This is particularly important for us to say a huge Thank You because with the large trees surrounding her home and with her age, gutters are very important. Keeping them debris free with those gutter guards has been such a relief.

Tim from Triton was very friendly and professional. I was sure I needed the roof and gutters replaced. After what seemed like a very thorough inspection, he told me that everything was fine and that no work needed to be done. He could have easily just told me that something was wrong and that I needed a new roof. I can't say enough how much I appreciate that kind of honesty. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Triton Roofing was outstanding. Tim negotiated with my home insurance company about the hail damage I had and replaced my roof and gutters completely hassle free. He returned my calls immediately. They were friendly, professional and fast! Highly recommended.
