Repaired roof leak first. Came back and repaired facia.

It took a while for them to get out here. I didn't feel like the service was worth the money. He didn't touch the doors or the windows. I was disappointed in the service. The guy was nice, personal and showed up finally. The day they were supposed to come out they had to cancel. That made me nervous because we had prepaid for it. The other guy that came out said that he couldn't do this or that. I don't feel like we got $150 worth of work.

We were scheduled to have the gutters cleaned on the coldest day this year. Since it wouldn't be possible to clean the frozen gutters, they were quick to reschedule. The serviceman was prompt in arriving, helpful in solving a gutter guard problem and very efficient in getting the gutters cleaned.

Rob introduced himself, examined the roof and performed the repair. He informed us of potential future problems.

Rob was on time, explained all involved in the service provided. Asked about my concerns and explained certain functions of roofing materials. Fixed missing nail in siding. Went beyond expectations, blowing out gutters and leaves off porch from gutters.

They had sent me an email to call to schedule the service. The office personnel were very professional. They were able to schedule the service on my desired date. They called ahead on the day of the appointment indicating they were running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if they could arrive earlier then scheduled, which was great for me. Very professional, introduced himself and then explain what the process/material he would be applying to weather seal windows/doors. The new door weather stripping is working much better the old stuff and looks much better. The window sealant is working and I do not feel air leaking in. He cleaned up old material removed from doors. He did an excellent job and was very professional.

Rob arrived a little early, which was fine with me. He explained what the offer included and went to work. Rob was very friendly and took care of some problems that needed to be fixed.

Good found some places that need to be caulked so it does not leak.

He arrived promptly. Worked efficiently. Very positive experience.

Employee tried to upsale services after stating to me that winterization would not help. I asked what I could receive for the 149.00 that I paid. I called and left a message in reference to a follow up with employee as to what I would receive but now they are unresponsive. UPDATE: 2-10-15 Tim Nesbit, owner of Triton Contracting was contacted and I immediately got a call from his office to apologize and to schedule for someone to come to my home. Tim came himself, consulted with me about what he found, and he personally made it right. I was so impressed with his professionalism and advice on how I can be proactive and help maintain some other things around my house (i.e. getting some gutters in an area I hadn't considered). It was clear that he was very disappointed that I had initially had a negative experience with his company. I highly recommend this local company to anyone needing roofing, siding or windows.

Marshall was on time and friendly. He thoroughly inspected the roof and went up and beyond what most contractors do. He repaired issues that he observed and gave us so many great suggestions and expertly advice. We had bought an Angie's List deal and the service was excellent. I plan to hire him and his company for further work we would like done around the house. He was trustworthy and professional. I'm happy we came across him!

Turns out I didn't need the full deal - my inside window caulking was fine. After the worker was done, he mentioned that he had noticed that the gutters on my new porch addition were really clogged, and he could provide me with a very good price for gutter covers to help prevent the clogs. Since he was able to do the work right then, I agreed - and very happy with the work.

NO SHOW TWICE/FIRST TIME THEY CALLED IT OFF FOR THE MICHAEL BROWN INCIDENT/ I AM NOT CLOSE TO THEM. SECOND TIME I MADE MY APPOINTMENT 2 OR 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR DEC.29TH 8AM /I WAITED AT HOME ALL DAY AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM ONE TIME.(no call no show)my whole day was messed up.

Made appointment but canceled after receiving a letter from my HOA stating they had contracted for roof inspections for the whole complex. I tried to request refund within 10-12 days but did not receive response to two emails, Did not kn ow about this form. Contact with company was very professional and I would not hesitate to contact them again if services were needed. Thank you Dotti James

They were very helpful and polite when discussing our problem. We will have them give us an estimate to correct the problem which is unrelated to this "Big Deal."

Representative came out, inspected my problem and determined that my real problem was not clogged gutters but improperly installed gutter shields that could not be repaired in cold weather. Will revisit problem in spring.

He came today unfortunately he doesn't do gutter cleaning with screen. I will recommend him to others.

Well, I don't know what I expected for $69. But just beware if you expect much. I regret now having gone through Angie's List and feel what I should have done is call the company and gotten them to come out for a free estimate. Because that is what I essentially got, but Angie's List made $69.00.

It was a good experience. I like the way he explained to me why he couldn't do it and what I needed to have done. The provider was on time and professional.

Contractor arrived and after checking the grounds determined that it would require far more setup to safely perform the work than was covered in the deal. We agreed that safety was more important. I would still recommend this company for future services.

They were pleasant and professional. When they came out, they told me that the weather stripping looked fine and that there was nothing that needed to be done. Brandon was the representative that came out.
