Did not stop working until i was 100% satisfied with work.

He arrived on time and inspected my roof and siding. After inspecting the roof he told me I was missing one shingle. I had to purchase the shingle from Lowe's and he replaced the shingle. I am satisfied with the service and had no other issues.

They're more reasonable so I come along with them. They were very punctual and very courteous. They were good and very professional.

They inspected the flashing on my chimney. They sealed up some small holes on the flashing that was allowing water to seep in. They did a good job.

We had some differences, but we worked it out. He did a fine job. He said that would send a tuckpointer to do an inspection.

It was great. I had noticed a shadow on the ceiling in the library of my home. I had eventually realized that the plaster and paint had come off the plaster board. I needed to get this fixed immediately because there was a tiny crack in the ceiling and if it were to rain, it would've leaked through and ruined my TV beneath it! The gentleman came out the next morning and was at first, going to put tarp over it, but he said that since it wasn't raining at the moment, he would go ahead and just fix it for me. I thought that was great, they are a company who does what they say they are going to do and followed through. I have their business cards as well and will be passing them out to the people on my street!

Provider came out and gave me a detailed description and exam of my roof And let me know that it is in great shape. I am glad that it is in great shape. Then they gave me a bid on the minor maintenance that needed to be done. But I would not have paid for a roof examination. I thought I was paying for minor maintenance. I contacted them to inform them of the matter and they said that had done it when in fact they had not. They said that they would be back in contact with me. When I did hear from them they were inquiring about a bid not about the work that should have been performed that had already been paid for. To this day I havent heard from anyone.

We took advantage of one of Angie's "Big Deal" offers to schedule an appointment with Triton Contracting Services LLC. Our major concern was woodpecker damage to our cedar wood siding. Pam and Marshall were very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. Weather issues would have affected the patching material and their ability to do a great job on our originally scheduled date. When the weather allowed, we scheduled a mutually agreeable day and Marshal arrived on time. After a brief discussion, he went right to work and completed all of the repairs quickly and effectively. Triton kept all of their promises and went the extra mile to make sure that the job would be done right the first time. No problems, no surprises, and a job well done.

flexiblet, professional, easy to work with

Very thorough and professional. Marshall was on site for 1.5 hours. He did a thorough inspection and repaired what was needed to be repaired. Only complaint I have was that I purchased the inspection on January 20, 2015 and had to call them to schedule. We had to reschedule once because of weather and finally had the inspection on March 6, 2015

It was fine. I think they weren't able to do as much as they thought they would based on their coupon but that's my only complaint. They said they could do minor gutter repair but the gutter repair they didn't want to do because I guess they didn't think it was safe enough or something like that. Maybe they didn't have the right ladder. But, it wasn't a very big repair at all. They were definitely very friendly and easy to communicate with. Again, my only frustration was that I thought that the coupon I purchased would cover more than it did. Then again, I think it wasn't necessarily that they couldn't do it because of the coupon restriction, just more that at that time, they didn't really have the correct infrastructure to do it. I would possibly use them again but I don't really anticipate that I'll need to, but not because of my experience. They recommended a couple of things that I could do after the coupon but I thought they were too expensive.

The guy was very nice and really honest. He was on time! I would use them again if I had a need.

They were on time and were courteous and nice. They were very professional. I appreciate the honesty as when they came out they told me the service wasn't necessary.

Marshall and Triton were great, professional and took care of all itmes with a fair price. Definitely recommend.

On time, professional & no pressure.

We had been hearing squirrels in our attic for a few weeks and, from our own observations, we knew they were getting into our covered gutters and getting into the attic from there. We had a pest control company try to get rid of them, but the traps never caught anything. The pest control guy pointed out a couple places where the squirrels might be getting into the gutters, but said they didn't repair gutters, so I still had squirrels running through the covered gutters, and setting up housekeeping in my attic. When Angie's List offered a deal with Triton Contracting for roof, siding and gutter maintenance, I bought it. Tim and Marshall from Triton came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof, gutters and siding, repaired a seam in the gutters that had come apart and covered a vent that was acting as a revolving door for the squirrels who were living in our attic. They also put some wire at an open end of the gutters where the squirrels were also getting in. After a couple squirrel-free days, we heard the squirrels again. Before I could even call Triton to ask them to take a look, I got a follow-up call from Tim, asking if we still had the problem. I told him the squirrels were back and he came out to look again. The squirrels had dislodged the wire that was blocking the end of the gutter. Tim came back out with some stronger mesh to block the gutter end. Although he banged around on the gutters to scare out any squirrels that happened to be in the gutters or attic before he screwed the wire mesh in place, that afternoon we heard some pretty frantic scurrying around, and I could see a squirrel inside the gutter, trying to chew through the mesh to get out. I called Triton again and Tim unscrewed the mesh and balanced a leaf in the opening so the squirrel would knock it out when he exited the gutter. Tim showed me how to screw the mesh back in place once the squirrel was out. When I saw the leaf was gone, I screwed the mesh back in and we have been squirrel-free for a full day!! I was so happy with Triton! Tim looked at our problem as a challenge and figured out how to solve it. For the price of the Angie's List deal, he made 4 trips to our house and was only satisfied when he had fixed our problem. I would definitely use Triton again!

He was on time, completed all that he could and even went to the store to get weatherstriping to complete the job without having to return later which would have cost addition labor time since it was outside the original scope. Very happy and warm ;).

It was extremely difficult for me to rate this company. I have never written a negative review before but feel this needs to be written based on our experience. I did not know going in that the weatherization to be done to my windows was nothing like I expected. The weather strip used on two exteriors doors was very good, no complaints there. The 10 windows, that were part of the package deal, were not caulked like I had expected. Instead, a clear, possibly silicone-like gel was used to seal the windows shut. This gel was applied to the area of the window that opens, where the window locks are located. The gel was also run along the bottom of the window sash. Basically, it's a gel that seals the window shut but is flexible enough that I can still open the window this spring. Once I break the seal it will no longer work. Currently, the seal is already separated from the window and just laying on the window sill, useless. What I was expecting was caulk to be run on the surrounding window frame. We do have some areas where the sill and the window have separation and there is a small gap. No repairs or caulking was used in these areas because we were told that air did not seep in through these types of gaps. Instead, the air seeps into the areas where the window actually opens and closes. Initially, two men came out to do the work we paid for via Angie's List Big Deal. One man installed the weather stripping on two exterior doors. The other measured every window in our house from the outside and then brought a sample window into our house whereupon he began giving us a demonstration of the windows his company installs. Yes, the windows were fantastic, but we were not in the market to replace every window in our home to the tune of $20,000. After he gave his sales pitch the two men left and said they would come back to finish the weatherization of the windows if we decided not to buy their new window package. I felt like it was a bait and switch. We phoned later and said we only wanted the service we paid for because we were not currently in the market for whole house window purchase. I was very surprised to have a window brought into our home as a demonstration for selling us new windows. I felt that this should have been listed in their ad. Upon returning to finish the initial job, the "salesman" did not return but sent the same man who weather-stripped our doors. When he brought in the caulk to be used it was frozen solid and he had to return to his car and run the heater to warm up the caulk. In addition, his caulking gun was broken and he stated that he left his spare at the last job site. My husband loaned him his caulk gun. He used the "gel" substance and ran beads of gel along the places where the windows open. This gel is incredibly toxic smelling. The house wreaked of the smell and it took more than seven hours for the smell to dissipate. I had a serious headache all day long. It's winter in our state and so don't want to open the windows and if I did we'd break the gel seal. We actually did open the doors to try to get the fumes out, but it didn't work. In less than one week, the gel that was run along the window is now off the track and just laying on top of the windows. So it is no longer doing the job they said it would. We paid for winterization of windows and did not get winterization that works. When we open our windows this spring we will be pulling all the gel off the windows and throwing it away. It was a true waste of money. I am writing this review hoping that no one else has the same experience as we did. I am truly amazed that this company has received an "A" rating solely based on their winterization package. My husband could have easily gone to a big box store and purchased more than enough supplies and done a better job than this to our windows for a lot less money. We are extremely disappointed in this purchase from Angie's List.

Terrible. I paid the charge, and scheduled an appointment. The earliest available date was three weeks. The day before the appointment, they left a message that they would not be able to do it due to the weather. I rescheduled a couple of weeks later. When they came out again, they said that since I had a 3-story back (i have a 2-story house), they told me they would have to talk to the office and find out what to up-charge me. They called me back a week later and said the extra charge would be an additional $150.00. That was 1 1/2 times the origonal $99.00. I canceled. I will not do business with this bait-and-switch company again.

Called ahead, very courteous on phone and in person. Took photos and explained the situation clearly, then tried his best to fix it without having to come back. He gave me some good detailed info on what we needed to do should it not fix it.

HE CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE SOME CARPENTRY WORK DONE TO MY DOORS BEFORE HE COULD DO ANY WORK ON THEM. HIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO THE TYPE OF WORK THAT I NEED TO HAVE DONE FIRST. HE WAS HONEST. HE DIDN'T TRY TO DO THE WORK ANYWAY.
