The original appointment was for 1PM. Chris called in the late morning and advised it would be 2PM since he had just finished with a customer that took longer than expected. He actually arrived at 1:30PM, Very friendly and professional, both in actions and appearance. He walked our roof and preformed some minor maintenance, i.e. caulking around the chimney & vents. Advised our gutters were in good shape except the gutter guards we had installed a couple of years ago are actually too big and could cause issues with water pooling. A veteran, if you're looking for one to give your business to. Highly recommend.

My experience was good. There were no additional cost. They were excellent.

It was useless. It was unsatisfactory. It was not that much money but they did useless work. The kid was polite but the work was bad.

These guys were great. I needed some new gutter elbows, so they told me what to buy and waited for me to run to the hardware store and buy what I needed, so they could install them for me while they were there. Awesome job, professional men, great price!

They came out shortly after we bought it. The service people were great. It was fine. It was a minor issue and he repaired it on the spot. He did a couple of extra things while he had time.

Horribly! They took two weeks to schedule an appointment, then called the day before the appointment and tried to push it back for an additional four days. After we explained that we were moving and needed to have this finished quickly, they said they'd squeeze us in. We received "squeezed in" service. They arrived 20 mins late, and including time spent unloading ladders the entire service call lasted only 30 minutes. They did a shoddy job of cleaning out the gutters, refused to make any repairs, and were just downright rude. They had an attitude upon arrival. Sharply critiquing the condition of the gutters as filthy and gross (which we knew, that's why we hired someone to clean them out) and then continued to act as if they were doing us some huge favor for even doing any work on the guttters. We regret not reading the other "F" reviews on this company, because they describe the same lousy service we received. Most unprofessional service provider I've ever dealt with through Angie's List. I would strongly recommend NOT USING this company!

After ordering the Big Deal and putting the days and times that worked best, I never heard a word. Found out that the assistant posted a message on Angies List after I called to find out what was going on. Order on 6/8 and they did not come out until 6/27. The rain had something to do with it but that just seemed too long especially when I told her some of the downspouts were clogged. When they came out, the workers were excellent and afterword I could not have been more satisfied.

Helpful, answered all of my questions, gave suggestions for how to maintain without trying to sell me something, professional, and cleaned all of the gum balls out of my gutter!

I got them through Angie's List. I don't know if it was a miscommunication or a switch, but they changed the type of leaf guards and they didn't tell me until they were half way installed. Now I'm having problems with overflow and just water all over my deck and in my front door way. They are not working. In the valleys of my roof the water just flows over and causes flooding every time it rains. I've been trying to get them to come out and fix it but they haven't yet. Its been over a month. Other than the gutters, its been great. They actually fired the guy who put my gutters in. I need them to come out and correct the problem. The roof is fine. The price was a little high.

The change in the appearance of the house is amazing. We have a 125 year old house that had aluminum siding installed over the original wood siding in the 1970s. It was oxidized and dented from hail, etc. They removed all the old siding, and did some minor repairs before installing the new siding. We had a dormer that my wife called the outhouse because that is what it looked like. Not any more ! I believe Triton was the contractor and the work was subbed but Triton was actively involved. The siding guys worked very long, hard hours and the gutter guys were in and out so fast it was amazing. Very happy with the work and the price. I'm sure working on such an old house is not easy.

After some initial delay in contacting us (unreturned first voice mail), everything was great. Friendly, answered my questions, gave a thorough report, and did some minor work included with the Big Deal price.

I purchased the Angies Deal and they called me and set up an appointment. They were prompt and did exactly what they said that they were going to do. It was a small job but I would definitely hire them again.

Marshall was professional, early, and honest. Had screens already on but he said they're doing job, so in a couple spots removed and cleaned gunk out, no extra charge. Would hire for future projects

The work went great. Triton contracts with a gutter repair company for this work. I normally do not have work done that is subbed out, but Chris Olson and Korry Lincoln earned my trust with their punctuality, knowledge and professionalism. They did not try to sell me on services I didn't need as did another provider I had come to give me an estimate. The contractor who did the work was also punctual, gave me good advice, did good work and cleaned up beautifully. The repairs are functioning well and I'm very happy, since the changes are part of important remediation for foundation cracks and rain water drainage problems. I will not hesitate to have them back for future guttering needs.

I have no issues with the work done. Not totally sure it made a big difference on the windows but most certainly made a difference on the doors. Technician was good about making sure the doors still closed properly and adjusted as necessary.

The contractor arrived on time and ready to go, they did a top notch job in repairing some siding and additionally shoring up other loose fitting siding, sofitts and the fascia, they inspected my roof and performed other maintenance type work. We discussed several projects and may be necessary. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. I very much appreciated their professionalism and how they wasted no time and went right to work. I'm sure I will be calling on them again.
