Called 20 minutes before arrival. Got here, introduced himself and his helper and started to work. It only took them 10 minutes and then they left.

It turned out well. It wasn't exceptional. It took a month to get it all done. It was strung out. It wasn't a big job so they came when they could. There were additional fees. It costed us another $1200. It seemed expensive to me to fill out a hole. We had the shingles but they had to buy new shingles. I thought they were a little high. The quality looks good.

Got me on the schedule quickly. Called because they were running ahead of schedule and showed up early (but made sure it was convenient for me). Finished the work promptly.

Had a leak in my roof that was leaking into the house. Triton came out the same day I called them and identified possible areas where water was getting in. They then caulked those areas. What I really appreciated about their work and the company is that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They were very honest. They said my roof was in OK condition and probably had about 3-5 years left on it. I will definitely be contacting them when I need a new roof. Thanks Triton!

Very good. We have some problems with gutters overflowing to ground. Some of the problem due to the slant at which gutters were installed. That issue cannot be changed unless we installed new gutters.

Original service about 2 weeks ago was great, except the leak came back after about 10 days. We called again about two days ago, and Corey (sp?), the original workman, was to come back out today at 9 AM. When he did not arrive, we called and were told that they had no record of our appointment. We explained that our house was for sale with regular showings, so would like it done early in the AM. That did not work, and the scheduler ended up saying, in effect: "We cannot guarantee our patching, and we would rather refund your money." Unfortunately, the tone was not very friendly, and this was the first we heard that they do not stand behind their work. Needless to say we will not be using them again. If you do decide to use this company, get a guarantee in writing. Otherwise, they apparently will feel no obligation to come back and properly fix a problem.

I do not know if the Deal had some kind of fine print that said how much footage of gutter they would clean and anything over that they would charge more, but they ended up charging more. Their responsiveness was fine.

I needed the gutters and downspouts on the front of our house replaced plus a small section on the rear of the house on our porch. Chris Olson came out to provide a quote. He was very friendly on the phone when we set up the appointment. He arrived when he said he would. He gave us a detailed explanation of what our problem was and what Triton would do to fix it. Chris explained that they were very experienced in replacing gutters and we would not have the problem we were having. He also suggested that we have 6 in gutters replaced in place of the 5 inch gutters we had. The price was very reasonable. We set up an appointment for the installation. The installation team arrived on time. They were very professional. They offered some good ideas on how to run the downspouts. The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything before they left. We had a big rain shortly after the installation and everything worked as advertised. I would highly recommend this company to do any gutter or roofing work.

Contacted the provider about gutter repair. They actually were very prompt and explained what was wrong and discussed what would need to be done for a good repair. They told me that they would send me an estimate for the job. A week later, I had not heard back from the company. I contacted the company and was told that an estimate had been sent. I contacted them a week later to inform them that I never received an estimate. At that time, Triton told me that the email likely went to my spam folder. I informed them that while I can't explain what happened to the email that they sent me, it was not in my spam folder and I never received it. I did not hear back from the company and was not sent a copy of the estimate.

Chris & Corey were on time, respectful, professional, polite and wasted no time in getting the job done. They sold me on a product I hadn't planned on buying (gutter guard) and installed in while they were here.

Delayed several times because of weather, but did good job when they could finally get here.

Provider advised me that I needed a different type of service but they showed up on time and were very professional.

Two gentleman arrived 30 mins early. We talked about the gutters. They made suggestions about "gutter Helmet" and the diverter that was put up by another company which wasn't working correctly. He removed the cap from the diverter and we then had a good rain which proved not to be the answer to the fix because the overflow was worse than ever. It took all of 20 mins for the two hour visit. It appeared to me that it was a marketing ploy and not really a hands on fixer upper.

They came out in the early morning, and complete job around 4 p.m. Roof of garage side could not completed on the same day since the material was run out. That part was completed by next Monday. So far so good.

It went fine except that we ended up spending $260 that we hadn't planned on spending for the gutter shield. That price seemed very high to me. The workmen were very professional. I thought they were well mannered and very professional. I just felt that the screen that they put on the gutter was very expensive. It was very minimal product. It was 40 feet of just screen, not anything, like gutter helmet or any of that stuff. Just a piece of screen. It was way expensive per linear foot. But the guys were very good and very professional. One thing I was very appreciative of was that even though the coupon had expired, when I called them and said that I hadn't been able to get it done, they came and did it. The price he quoted me was $350 and I talked him down to $260. It was pretty high. It was $8 a linear foot for that screen. I think it's very minimal product for that price. The quality of service was A and the quality of product was C. We had an appointment and it was raining where they were. I said, "Well, it's raining a little bit here but there's no lightning or anything." He said he was concerned about lightning. So, we had to reschedule. Once it was weather totally and the other, I felt, was just a rescheduling issue because he had other things. But, I was very happy that they would even schedule me since the coupon had officially expired. I have already recommended them to someone.

The Leaf Guards were installed as promised. However, we found out after the job was "complete", that gutter cleaning did not include cleaning the outside of the gutter. This is one of the reasons Triton was hired in the first place. Triton cleaned the outside of the gutter over the front of the garage and was under the impression they were providing a courtesy service. We asked them to also clean the gutter of the back of the garage, which they did and apologized for the confusion. My primary take away from this experience is to have the contractor put in writing what they plan to do, in every detail, before agreeing to the deal. I put my hand on the gutters to inspect them after they installed my gutter covers and the installation of the gutter covers are not straight. 8/14/15: I was very impressed with how they fixed they problem. A new technician was sent out who took time to make sure I understood what was going on. They also provided additional info about the roof. Very pleased overall.

I purchased an AngiesList Big Deal for a roof inspection. The inspection was scheduled shortly after the purchase. Korry inspected the roof and pointed out some broken shingles and missing flash plates around the vents.
