Called Monday and needed help putting a piece of fascia back on our home that blew off in the wind. They had an appointment Wed at 3:30. Korry called us and said he was on his way and was very prompt. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do to help us. We are so thankful he fixed our problem, he also nailed down other nails he saw and thats going above and beyond. Thank you for the great job.

Korry is a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technician who worked quickly and efficiently. He called before the appointment to see if he could come over early (of course he could!) and so finished up early. He will be the first call I make when we're ready to add siding and new gutters. Very satisfied, happy customer!

Wow, I had anticipated these guys charging me a bit more because we have a large home. They came out and did a great job. They also pointed out some roof damage that we were unaware that looked like shady work performed by the previous homeowner. Good catch and thank you as that's going to save us some ceiling damage to the inside of our house!!!!!

Purchased Big Deal for cleaning and tune up of gutter system. They came on time and worked quickly. The gutters drain much better than they did before, even though there weren't obvious clogged areas in them. Excellent experience.

Both men were very polite. My gutters are old and need to be replaced. I thought the Angie's List special included a "tune-up", but once I told them I needed to have them replaced, I felt the purpose of the visit changed to a sales call. I did tell them they could give me an estimate and maybe I don't know what a 'gutter tune-up' consists of, but I didn't see them do anything other than flush them out. I used to pay someone $25 to clean them out, so $99 seemed like a lot of money since that was all they did other than give me a quote for new gutters, but maybe that is reasonable. I have no idea. However, I am happy my gutters were cleared before the torrential rain we got soon after. They were nice and professional and knew what they were talking about. I think there might have been a misunderstanding on my part of what the "tune-up" part of the offer included.

It was great. They were very good at communicating and following up on things. The workers were very respectful. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

It took several canceled appointments to finally have this provider visit my home due to weather conditions. Once he did come out he looked at my windows and said they looked to be n good shape and then he inspected my door which was the main reason I had requested the service. The tech found that the door was in such bad shape that any sealing he did would probably leave it in the same condition it already was with the sealing I had put on it. He recommended I have a new door installed and told me to request a refund from Angies list since I would not get my moneys worth out of any service he provided. I really appreciated that he did not just do some meaningless work so they could collect the money I had paid.

It went okay. I didn't think the company wasn't all that terrific. They did what they said they were going to do. They couldn't do some of the weather stripping work that we thought they were going to do. There was a little miscommunication on who's going to do who. The pricing stayed the same. The quality was really good for what they did. They were very responsive. They were there on time. They should clearly state what they wanted done and that they can do exactly what you ask for. For what they did, they did a pretty decent job.

they were pushy and only offered the deal to try and make you purchase a roof. i would never use them again and have stopped buying the deals because of this a one other prior experience wtih a deal.

Went well. Roof inspection led to insurance company buying us a new roof due to hail damage. Korry Lincoln, the Triton Technician was great to work with: knowledgeable, courteous, concerned, and very helpful.

Chris Olson came to our house the next day after we called to look at our problems. This was in the middle of the current 3 day rain we had. He came back with his roofers the day it stopped raining to make sure they found all of the problems. His crew was out to fix the repairs the next day to make sure the roof was fixed before it rained again. Chris always returned our phone calls or emails and kept us informed of exactly what they were doing. His roofers and gutter guys were very professional and friendly. We would recommend this company to anybody that needs roof or gutter work.

Provider wouldn't honor the deal that I purchased through Angie's list because I have a two story walkout and the roof line was too high for a single worker to do with a standard ladder.

these guys were amazing, my wife and i are 1st time homeowners, we came home after a tremendous amount of rain here in STL to a wall in our extra bedroom being soaked in water. We called Triton in a panic they had someone out the next day before lunch, they found the issue fixed it and came back the next day to clean the gutters. There guys were the best A ++

They did a wonderful job. Not only did they clean my gutters, but they blew the leaves off my deck and front porch as well. They left the house looking better than when they came.

They called and let me know they were running a little late, which was fine. They got on the roof and blew out all the leaves and downspouts, evaluated the roof and pointed out a couple of old repairs that had been done a couple years ago. I mentioned that I was always worried about the old Direct T.V. Dish that was left up there during wind storms, and before batting an eye, one of them grabbed a couple tools and climbed back up on the roof and removed it for me! I was thrilled... they even threw it in the back of their truck and disposed of it for me. I will have them come back.

The two technicians were very pleasant, accomplished work quickly.
