Excellent. They did not receive my preferences for appt times from Angies List in time to meet one of the times, but contacted me to schedule a later date/time that was good for me. The technician was on time, very friendly and professional, and did a good job. He even showed me digital pictures of my gutter downspouts and identified an installation error that was contributing to the problem. There was no pressure to purchase additional services and no extra charges. Very highly recommended.

Before purchasing the $59 special I emailed Triton to see if they serviced my area. I was told they did and we set up appointment. They came out and adjusted the pitch of my gutter very high on one side and I guess did other adjustments. He was here about 2 hours. Next rain my gutters are worse than before. Called on Aug 2 and asked if someone could come back out and was told she would check with the boss and call me back that afternoon.... it was a long drive and they probably wouldn't want to come back to do more work. Never heard from her so two days later I called back and was told they do not want to come back, it would be better to call a local company. I was told to call angies list for a refund. What a waste of time.

Did job well and cleaned up better!

The representative did a thorough job. He also repaired a small area of the second-story gutter that was becoming detached. He worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up afterward. We have had a lot of heavy rain since the job was done, and the gutters appear to be working perfectly. I recommend that prospective customers should get a detailed quote, including any "extras" that may increase the price above the Angie's deal. That way there will be no surprises when you're given the bill.

Crew did a great job replacing our old copper gutters with 6" aluminum gutters.

Both Christina, scheduling the service, and Korry, delivering the service, are good at listening and communicating. I got a call from Korry the day prior to appointment to talk about arrival time. Christina called the morning of the appointment to let me know that Korry was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time.

Korry showed up slightly prior to the agreed time. He was very professional and personable. He quickly surveyed my house and gutter situation. Took photos on the roof to show me the condition of my gutters. He clearly explained the work he could do. During the course of his work, he found some additional improvements he could make to my gutter system and made those at no additional fee. This was truly an excellent job done for exceptional value. Without a doubt, I would call Triton again when I need gutter work done in the future.

We were very impressed with the services delivered by Triton and the customer relationship management owned by their sales representative Chris Olson. This was a significant roof remodeling job with little to no coverage from the insurance company over an 8 week period. Triton was definitely not the cheapest vendor but they blew us away with their industry knowledge, consultative and design services, professionalism and on time delivery. We would use them again and would certainly recommend their services to friends and family!

Christina, the office manager, is friendly and provides excellent customer service. It took awhile to get me booked because of the rain. However, Corey went out of his way to make sure to get to my house as soon as there was a break in the weather. He made all necessary repairs and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. A few days after he left, I forgot to mention a small repair I wanted done. I called the office and Corey came out the same day and fixed it. I will keep Triton in my contact list and refer them to my friends. It's so refreshing to find a honest and good company with integrity!

They were excellent and friendly. They did a good job of communicating and supplying me with the information I needed.

The company contacted me quickly and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Of note, the appointment was for a specific time and not a window. On the day of service, Korry called to say he was on his way. After arrival, we walked around the house together so I could point out the areas I was most concerned with. Korry used a blower to remove all the debris and insured all the downspouts were operating correctly. He noted an area of the gutters that was missing the mesh gutter guard and replaced it with materials he had on hand. It was a good experience and I highly recommend.

Triton did a fine job, they called before hand to identify my needs and schedule a time and a place for me to leave the siding for them to use. Trition was working and almost finished with the job when I arrived home from work. The project manager was very thorough in describing what they did and verified one of my instructions before proceeding with the work. All reusable pieces were placed back with the bundle I laid out for them and scraps and trash were disposed of (no mess). I would use Triton again.
