This was a horrid experience from beginning to end. I bought the Angie's List deal and provided dates for when the work could be done. I also provided an alternate contact number. It took weeks to actually get someone on the phone because they didn't respond to voicemail messages or emails. The very first thing they tried to do was double the cost of the project on us. I told the woman I spoke with that I was not happy with that approach and that I would be calling Angie's List to request a refund. She didn't want me to do that and told me the guys would be there to perform the service without additional charge and we scheduled the appointment. They were late. They were not properly equipped even though I had discussed everything about the property with their office manager. They cited safety concerns (which I completely understood) and lack of proper equipment as reasons why they would need to come back another time. I asked them to restore anything they may have disturbed to its original configuration and then depart my property. Angie's List is issuing me a refund. What a waste of time, energy and effort...and I still need to find someone to clean out my 2nd story gutters.

I can't tell you anything about them because I was in the hospital when I used them. They did the job I asked them to do. What I liked is I was not here but they left in my door a list of everything they checked and everything they did. They made recommendations which was wonderful. That let me know of all the things. They were just wonderful. They were here. Even though we weren't here, they followed through. They even sent me a message which I missed that they were going to come out at 9 in the morning. When the person's not available and you still communicate with them, that professionalism to me is an A. They could have just done their job and moved on but they didn't. I loved the way they handled it.

We bought the deal, we were scheduled within 3weeks (we could have had it done sooner but we left town for a week). It was pouring down rain on the first scheduled date, but Triton rescheduled with us on that day for new week later. They emailed a name and picture of the technician so we knew who to expect. Blake did a great job! He was scheduled for 2:30, called about 2:15 to say he'd be 15 minutes late, showed up right at 2:45. He was here for 2 solid hours. He redid weather stripping on our front door where we'd noticed a gap, now it's sealed up tight. He also caulked all our windows, doors, thresholds. He also inspected our roof, gutters, fascia and soffits, told us everything was in good shape on our 1970s ranch. Everything was covered by the $199 deal, no up charges or trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Communication was excellent with this company, we would definitely hire again!

Customer service was great when researching the special offer. On time arrival. Unable to confirm if downspouts were cleaned. Sent follow up email and awaiting response.

Arrived an hour early. Gentleman was nice but no items were repaired, not even re-nailing soffit. Total waste of time. Can only have money credited to another offer due to time lapse. The company must only use service to get other more expensive work. The solution to everything was new siding, soffits and gutters. Gentleman didn't appear to come to work even though I provided a list of items ahead of time. No tools, supplies or ladder as though it were a sales appt to discuss items. Didn't perform any tasks listed in offer either. Never received estimates as promised. Maybe they didnt want to work in my area or job wasn't big enough. Very, very, disappointed. I wonder if any offers are genuine at this point.

The Triton representative arrived promptly and got straight to work. The Angie's agreement included two hours of work and materials. The representative managed to do all I asked and more in the allotted time. Great experience.

It went well, but they came early to do the work and finished before I returned home. I had rushed home to meet them, as originally agreed upon with them.

Gutters were cleaned very well. Only one issue - I did not realize that they would use a blower to clean out all of the gravel that washed off of shingles. My back patio was covered in gravel. including the furniture. Required a 2-hour cleanup to get the stuff in the gutters off everything else. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. We could have moved things away from the house.

Fine - on time, completed work quickly, cleaned up afterwards, no pressure for additional jobs.

Extremely difficult to schedule; it took two months before they were able to do the work. The crew and office staff were very nice but the work is unsatisfactory. I had one problem area that I discussed with them, and the gutter is still overflowing and there is no water coming out of the downspout. I have not called them to fix because I've already wasted too much time on this project. My first experience with Angie's List and I'm disappointed by your vendor.
