Prompt, courteous, customer oriented starting with Christine in the main office, Eric the project manager and especially Blake, who did most of the installation and repair/replacement to the soffit and fascia. Soffit on one side had squirrels nesting but no longer there but left damage and all soffit replaced. Blake was an exceptional installer and repaired all, even though while removing soffit he did have to deal with the removal of dead squirrel and pigeon. Blake and Eric had previously done a site inspection and we discussed all repairs needed for completion of job. The repairs completed in 7 hours, all clean-up was excellent and Eric and I walked through repairs before leaving. The new soffit and all repairs looks great. I would use Triton and especially Blake for any future work performed.

Water was seeping in to the bedroom. So I called them back, I asked them to go back and check why water seeping in. They told me they checked everything and it was fine. They went all over the roof and chalked visible openings. Water kept seeping in from the heavy wind and rain we had. So I called my insurance, they came out, went up on the roof and took pictures that show the roof has not been chalked. If they did, it was such a poor job as the chalk was all blown off, not even 6 months later. Their office staff is insolent. They are prompt to take a job, but not very nice when you have a complaint.

They showed up when they said they would and on time. Pleasant and waited a day , then called to see if we were satisfied ? If something was not right, give them a call and they would be back to fix it. Good experience .

Corey(salesperson) was excellent to work with. The crews they used were awful.The crew that delivered my roofing supplies decided to play a game of basketball in my driveway when they done with unloading the roofing supplies.....not a deal breaker but kind of strange. I made it very clear that I was in no hurry to get the job done and if they could not start before the weather turned cold or rainy and that I would wait until spring to start the job. Corey gave me a few different start dates when the weather was still warm and then kept delaying them because they were not finished with their other jobs. They finally started the first day of daylight savings and were attemping to install the roof in the dark until we told them to stop. I was also told that they would only take off enough shingles that they would be able to replace that same day since we were expecting rain the next day. They took off way more than what they were able to replace to had to put tarps on the roof(exactly what I didnt want to happen). They parked their truck on my lawn to throw in the old shingles. I asked them to please move it because we have an irrigation system....they only moved after they were finished with that side of the house and then moved it to the other side of my house...again on the lawn. Gutter crew came out the next week and were in such a rush to get the job done. They did not have anyone on the ground to catch the gutters as they took them off and let them fall right on my landscaping and patio table. They did not clean up any of the screws and nails because they were in a rush to get to the next job. Neither roofing or gutter crew spoke English....or pretended like they didnt speak English. Corey was great to work with....he spent a lot of time trying to correct the careless mistakes that their crews made and addressed any concerns we had. I would not recommend this company if they dont get better installers. I would give this company an F rating if it wasnt for Corey.

Appointment reminders and photo of employee doing gutter cleaning was sent via email before and on day of service. Blake cleaned all gutters, which had screens, and made sure all downspouts were functional. Fast and efficient when working on two story home.

Appointment was set up, but no one showed up at the appointed time. i waited several hours, then called the company, who stated that my workman was sick that day. They sent another workman out after I called, and he did a very good job, but I feel that I should have been notified that my original workman was not going to come. I wasted several hours waiting around the house, waiting for him. In fact, no one might have come if I hadn't called the company and asked for an explanation.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently.. We received advance notice that Mr Nichol would be coming along with his picture. He was friendly, courteous and efficient.

Scheduling was easy, information and description of what job entailed was provided. I was given the name of person to expect, who arrived promptly, and completed the job very much to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. He disclosed his findings on any possible concerns. I am pleased with this company and how well they perform the service they provide.

It went pretty good. He got up there and was very efficient. I would use them again in the future for other things. They kept in touch throughout the waiting time. They were very nice on the phone. He was right on time. He was a nice young man and polite.

When I called to make an appointment, I was introduced to a very dedicated receptionist that went out of her way to squeeze us in their busy schedule. Prior to the scheduled date, I got a confirmation email from the company telling me who was going to be doing the work. On the day of the job, he showed up on time and completed it with no problems. This company is top notch and would be comfortable enough to recommend them to my clients, friends and relatives.

Sealed leaking area and was told it should be ok. I told him I probably need a new roof as it has been many years since replacement. I said it would be spring but the area leaking I hoped could be fixed before winter. I've been waiting for a call back.

Very professional AND INSURED! Triton is one of the few gutter cleaning service providers that I have found that has *workman's comp* insurance. This is a must have if you are going to have someone on your roof! Scheduling was easy with a price given over the phone (thank you Google Earth!). I received a confirmation e-mail with a *picture* of my service provider. On the date of my appointment, provider showed up ON TIME. Very satisfied.

They never contacted me. I tried to reach them to no avail. Got a refund (I hope).

I was very pleased with everything that was done. The young man was very thorough, he was very patient, he did an excellent job with cleaning the gutters. The day that he came out was quite cold, not withstanding the temperature. He took his time and did a good job. His work habits was safe, he was tidy and demonstrated cleanliness. He was on time, I have no concerns and I would use them again.

Blake did a great job. He was very professional. There was a scheduling issue but Christina took care of it right away and was very apologetic. We were pleased with their work and would use them again.

Within 5 minutes of their arrival office calls asking for more money $150.00 to be exact just because the covers were nailed in. They did clean up all the mess made. I'm done with these companies if they can find a way to make more than you originally paid they will.
