Description of Work: Fixed some wiring that I had cut by accident. Came quickly. Repaired it and while a bit expensive, it was with it since I had no heat or air.

Description of Work: They installed circuit detectors to turn on the humidifier whenever the blower was on. This helped humidify the house properly.

Description of Work: My a/c went out, I called them first thing in the morning, left a message and they called back quickly. I wanted to make sure that I could be seen that day as I was going out of town the next day. They called back within 15 minutes or so, scheduled appt. then I went online and scheduled so that I could get the discount. They called me at work 1/2 hr before coming out so that I could meet them. It was very close to the time they thought it would be. The service person found the problem right away and told me what the part I needed to get it fixed. He also sent me information on a new unit which I know that I need. My unit is 20+ yrs old and on its last leg. He sent information to me as he said he would with a bid within a week. I would use them again.

Description of Work: After buying a new house, called Kirkwood H/C to look at our system, tell us how old it was, and review the very strange 2nd furnace/ac system housed in the garage serving a sunroom over the garage. The garage was also being heated and cooled - don't need that! Tyler came out and reviewed the system, gave us ideas as to how to alleviate the garage smells coming up into the sunroom, and

Description of Work: Provider removed existing thermostat and then determined that the "DEAL" thermostat would not work with our high efficiency A/C unit. Upon reinstalling the existing unit, a pin was damaged causing the unit to continually run for 15 hours (temp dropped to 62degrees overnight). When we called the next day they promptly researched and ordered a new thermostat to work with our unit and promised to come and install it today (Monday 6/17). Presently electricity to our A/C is off. The expected cost of the workable thermostate is in excess of $400.00. The base unit on the "DEAL"at $99.00 never will work and we request a full refund.
