It took longer than originally stated. What they didn't tell me was that it was due to the seat needing to be cracked in half in order to repair the entire chair with legs. They did completely repair the chair and it looked good. I could just tell on careful inspection what actually did happen. Just wish they were more upfront to me about the delay.

Will and co. did a great job. The chairs look like new and should hold up well for a very long time. Service was completed in the time frame allotted and they were very professional, friendly and affordable relative to other furniture repair options in St Louis. We will use them again for furniture repair needs.

I received a prompt response to my phone message and he was able to meet a request to have the chairs back in 4 days. I was impressed and the chair are repaired well. The chairs were picked up and brought back to me.

Wil and I agreed to meet at a public parking lot in Chesterfield to save Wil some time since he was so kind and agreed to pick up broken pieces day I talked to him. One leg had fallen off my not so old ottoman and I tried to fix it myself but it didn't last too long. Also bottom and back of dresser drawer had come apart and it required a lot of large clamps to fix it. They did an excellent job on both pieces. The drawer looks better than it did when it was new.

Furniture Medic came out to my house and he was able to repair the chairs without even taking them to a shop. Oftentimes, he can fix things on site. If not, then he'll take the furniture with him. But he fixed several of my chairs. They were not necessarily easy to finish and he can fix them. He was able to fix chair legs that had been chewed off by our dog and it's very hard to notice that it has been repaired. He was courteous, prompt, reasonable. He saved me a lot of money over buying new chairs. He finished the job in about an hour.
