They show up when they say they would do. The have almost the same people coming around each time, which is convenient. The technician does a thorough job; he just comes does his job and leaves. If there is something that needs my attention he would let me know.

We contacted another company rated highly from Angie's list. They found a company that made a smaller part so that we would only have to replace the air conditioner for now - saving us several thousand dollars. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that the sales person did not make a similar effort especially considering how many years we had been a loyal customer.

A technician came out and was able to explain the service and took the time to talk to me. They were able to come out and replace the old unit and install a new unit. They were also very personable.

They have been servicing my heating and A/C units for 30 years. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are always timely and their cost is very reasonable. What I like is that they take responsibility for the upkeep and care of your equipment!

We knew we needed a new, more-efficient A/C (ours was 23 years old), and had gotten an estimate from another company a month earlier. However, this company only offered A/C's with SEER ratings of 13, and then 16. We wanted to get an A/C of at least 14, but didn't want to pay the big price for the 16-SEER one. Also, we wanted a quote from Crestside as well, (for they put in our furnace in 1994), but put it off. However, when the A/C conked out in early May, we emailed Crestside after 5 pm on a Monday. Ed Schulte called at 7:30 Tuesday morning, came out within the hour to show us what they had & we bought it. They offered a slightly more efficient A/C (SEER rating of 14) for just a little more money AND they could install it the next day. Which was a good thing, for it was getting hot and humid! By Wednesday afternoon we had our efficient, and quieter, A/C purring by the house.

Fast and efficient. We have used them for over ten years for annual AC/heating maintenance. Highly recommended!!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR FOR THEM TO FINISH THE JOB AND YOU COULD TELL IMMEDIATELY THAT THE AIR WAS MUCH WARMER AFTER THEY FIXED IT.
