Friendly staff, made good suggestions and pointed out what they were doing and why along the way. Kept their card. I will call them back next year.

Was told fee would be $149 if no animal found and not only was no animal found, no blockage was found and yet they charged $189 which was supposed to be the fee if they did have to remove an animal. As a result, I feel like I was deceived and overcharged. ** IMPORTANT P.S. ** After they reviewed the tickets for the day of my job, they called me and agreed that they had told me $149 and were very sorry for the mistake and sent me a refund check for the full amount of the difference. So, now I am completely satisfied and believe that you can rely on them to do it for whatever price they initially quote you.

They were very honest about the warranty on this particular job and worked extremely hard in extreme heat. I recommend them highly. They were so good I bought them breakfast and lunch and I tipped them on top of the bill.

This was a very difficult job of taking down the brick of our fireplace and removing a VERY heavy wood stove. There were many surprises as the brick came down. They were amazing problem solvers and never gave up. Not surprisingly this was messy and difficult work. I was really impressed at how clean the room was once they were done. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs their services. So impressed!

They were great, pleasant and thorough. Their fees were fair. Our fireplace was exceptionally dirty and thye spent the extra time to do the job right.

I had no idea to get my fireplace certified would cost me $510.00. I still do not know if this is a competitive charge or not. I received only 1 recommended company. I would have preferred at least 2 names. The city of Hazelwood Home Inspection listed that I must have my fireplace certified. I was short of time and needed a fireplace certified. He listed 2 other items that needed to be fixed before winter. I called him on this recommendation. I asked why he did not repair it. He said he could not reach it. I was concerned that this might make my fireplace not certified. They indicated that it would not. All the work was done inside the fireplace except for the flashing they replaced. Since I do not know anything about the fireplace other than how to use it, I felt very vulnerable. The repair work seemed expensive to me.

David and his team member were such great guys to work with. This is my second time working with them. They are polite, professional and are willing to go out of their professional expertise area to educate me on what to do to improve my home.
