Archway Clean Sweep

They let me know when they were running a little late (not outside our scheduled service appointment), and still completely the job within the range given. Awesome guys to work with.. quick & efficient. Will hire again.

I used them to clean a dryer vent located in the roof and repair the flashing around our chimney. They arrived on time, were polite and professional and explained exactly what the process was.

David called and offered to service my fireplace and chimney earlier than my scheduled time as he got done with his previous appointment early, which I appreciated. He and his partner (Felix) got right to work when they got to my house. David quickly identified that there is a dead bird stuck inside the pipe of my fireplace and fixed my screen to prevent this issue from happening again, which he and Felix performed for free! He also identified cracks inside my fireplace, which he sealed up nicely. Both David and Felix were thorough in their work and finished their work a lot faster than I expected (as this is my first time getting a home with a fireplace, I didn’t know how long does this type of appointment usually take). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of both David and Felix and would definitely call them up again for when I need another cleaning/sweeping!

They were punctual, neat and clean with their work. I do question some of the deficiencies the they noted...to "cover my butt."

They did excellent work sweeping and tuck pointing our chimney as well as other tasks. Also, while they were here I started having chest pains which Dave said appeared to be a heart attack and he was correct. He and his assistant stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. While I went to the hospital they finished the job in the same professional manner. They are an excellent company made up of amazing people whom I recommend to anyone.
