Description of Work: 4/19/11 was the first appointment to explain what we needed done on our back yard, therefore, there was not a service performed. I am upset I have to give this report seeing this company has an “A” rating, but I feel the gentleman who came to talk to us was not too happy to see me. I felt uncomfortable because he clearly did not want to talk to me, he made an eye contact with my husband, and he barely made an eye contact with me (I am of Hispanic decent). This gentleman came “supposedly” to give us better suggestions than a lady who came earlier (4/14/11) to talk to us. The gentleman was not very friendly and did not have many suggestions. In fact, I felt he was not happy or did not know what to do with our backyard problem.

Description of Work: Loyalty regularly fertilizes and treats our lawn for weeds and we have a beautiful lawn! They are polite and friendly and always explain what's going on. If a particular treatment doesn't kill all the weeds they come back at no charge. We are happy customers!
