They do great when the first start be over time they get lazy and don't do all that is expected unless you call them back out. Like not spraying the weeds and not calling before showing up and putting premergent on freshly seeded yard! Fired on the spot from wasting all that money on seed and fertilizer.

They come out every 6 week for my lawn service. And they were good and reliable.

They have been excellent, are very reliable, and are very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a "loyal" customer of Loyalty Lawn Care since 2005 or about 14 years. My yard is one of the best looking in the neighborhood. I have referred many homeowners (probably 7 or 8) to Loyalty Lawn Care after they have seen my beautiful yard. They always do a fine job in applying the treatments. And they do respond in a timely fashion if I need some extra treatment like weed control for example. I will continue their service for many years.

I've been using Loyalty Lawn Care for about 6 years and their service is great and my lawn always looks great.

Loyalty came out and as usual did a fantastic job treating my lawn this spring. They got all the edges real good also as that is where weeds and crabgrass like to grow. They came on the day I had scheduled and were on time and got the job done quickly. They then left a note describing exactly what they did and recommendations on future treatments. I have used them for about 8 yrs now and they have been impressive.

We have been happy with the service from Loyalty Lawn Care. One reason I chose them, in the beginning, is that they were willing to work with us and not use the heavy fertilizing equipment on my yard and instead use only the kind they actually walk behind. I thank them for that as no one else seemed willing to do so.

They never told us about the fungus from last year's treatment. I had to call them about it. They came out and re-treat which I had to pay extra.

They are good, they come out and spray, however; they didn't tell us that there was fungus. It was a little patch. Then winter came, I really didn't notice it until spring. They should have told us about the problem.

Usually everything goes pretty well. My nephew recommended them to me and I have been using them for a while to fertilize and treat for weeds and other yard care work.

We have a plan that my husband signed up for. They're courteous.

They leave the bill in the door, with any recommendations they may have, which is well received. They let us know if anything pops up in a certain amount of time, just to call them back out and they will retreat for us.

Representatives from the company have called to let me know when each treatment is going to be applied. They also came out prior to contracting with them in order to get an appraisal of my lawn and what might be needed to bring it back to life. So far I have been pleased with their service and would recommend them to other Angie's List subscribers.

They are usually right on time. We would use them again in the future.

They come out six times in the growing season, so from March till October, maybe every other month. They are reasonably priced. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I finally ended up calling the person that sold me whole bid to begin with and he kept sending out other people and I told him I wanted to see him and then he came out himself, he just wanted the money that's all.

I signed a contract with Loyalty Lawn Care for one year and in the contract it did not have an auto-renewal clause. They came back the next year and performed one treatment without so much as an email warning me that they were coming. Then I tell them the issue, they admit there is no auto-renewal, claim they came out for the convenience of the customer, but really it is so that they can make you feel obligated to pay for that treatment that you signed no contract to extend. It is poor business practice and not industry standard, as I did some research after that was their excuse. If you have a big enough company to have a billing department, you have a big enough company to offer an automated email blast or automated phone call to give the homeowner the option to stop you from renewing a contract that you do not have the authority to renew because as they even admitted, I signed nothing that said it will automatically renew. They just decided it for me. I spoke with several neighbors and all of their lawn care service providers have the industry standard of asking permission to come out again. They weren't bad in price and they always responded, I didn't see much of a difference, but my lawn was in bad shape before. Essentially, I wouldn't have had a problem with them if they didn't behave so unprofessionally and then bully me into paying them, albeit for a lesser amount, by threatening to take me to the collections agency and therefore, threatening to ruin my credit. So just be aware of that aspect of it. I will not be using them again and I will not recommend them. I also recommend to them that they fix their "practice" because it is very poor.

I contacted Loyalty Lawn Care about three years ago when we moved into our house. The front lawn was a mess. Most of the grass was dead or nearly dead. They over-seeded our lawn and put us onto a fertilization schedule. By spring, our lawn had really greened up and it's still going strong! I contacted them yesterday regarding the brown spots on our lawn and they came out less than 24 hours later to spray with a fungicide. They're always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair. I'm really happy with the service they provide.

They do a good job. I would tell a friend about this company. They're pretty reasonable. It is $450 a year, for 5 or 6 treatments. I just sign a form and they take care of everything. They seem to know what they're talking about when I talk to them.

I must say that I have used a few Lawn care companies in the past and this is the best!! I don't get any annoying calls for any upgrades like a couple have in the past. They came out and checked at no charge to retreat weeds.

We Loyalty Lawn that takes care of our lawn service. They've done our lawn for a number of years. They come out a number of times through the year to do lawn service. We just pay pre-season and that covers the cost of the services throughout the Summer.

We do have a lawn company. It is Loyalty Lawn Care. They had signs and we just dialed the number. Good, it was fine. It is always at when we are at work. They come home and there is a sign out in the yard and the grass is gone. They have been doing it for a while and there is not that much. They are fine. They will call and it is okay, it is fine. They come and do their thing and the price is reasonable. We just keep hiring them. The cost was 212 dollars and that is for the year and so that is for 6 treatments plus 5 treatments for pests for 45 dollars. They did some pest. They do fine on the quality. We are not that demanding on the responsiveness. It is fertilizing so if they don't come or come too late then it is not that big of a deal.

I've been using them for a while. I referred them to my step daughter. They do good work. They are very prompt. We have a system with them that they come out multiple times during the summer and spray and in the fall they fertilize, aerate, and seed. I've been very satisfied with the service. Every time they come out they bill us and we pay them based on the services they performed.

I have been a customer of Loyalty Lawn Care for about 5 years. Loyalty agents are always on time and always call the day prior to coming as I have requested. The agent is good to keep me informed about the condition of my grass and what I might need to do. I appreciate their professionalism. I also appreciate that they do not pressure me to always sell me an additional product or application.
