Done Right.Lawn Care and Landscapes

Went very smoothly considering the weather wasn’t the best. Our previous patio was small and concrete was unlevel. After hiring Done Right Landscapes I have a much larger stamped concrete patio with fire pit and seating wall. My neighbors are envious for sure. I definitely recommed Adam and done right landscapes!

Called and left initial message. Received return call within a couple hours and set up appointment for estimate. Received estimate back within 2 days after appt. After everything was agreed to, we were given a time frame that they would do work. Weather was crumby and they actually worked us in between bigger jobs. Relatively small job 4 x 25 ft retaining wall. Probably could have been done a day or so sooner as they were working multiple jobs at once and shuffling equipment (bobcat and back hoe) around but was glad to get it in when we did. All the workers that were here will pleasant and friendly. I would use them again. Only critique I would have is that you normally had to leave a message and they would get back to you. It would be nice to speak with an individual when you called but it is understandable that you need to keep your overhead down to keep the prices down.

Intitially, the weed prevention and landscaping went well. The regular grass cutting seemed to be fine, but I began to see extremely frequent occurances of visits on the bills, more than I felt was needed, and began to suspicious. I happened to be home one day when they came and cut my neighbor's yard (also a customer) but did not touch mine. However, I got a bill for that day for cutting. I began to closely track, on a daily basis, when they actually cut my lawn and when they billed me, and discovered that they were billing me for occurances when they never actually cut my lawn. I complained, and they immediately removed the 4 occurances and claimed there was a mistake, without even discussing it with me in detail. While I was happy that they decided to refund the false charges without a fight, I decided to stop using them because of lack of trust. From talking to the owner and the person in charge of the billing/accounting, and seeing how they handled it, I suspect that it was not just a simple clerical/billing error, it may be something that they do on a regular basis.

He did a good job for us. He was a very nice to work with.

Their service has been great. They are extremely dependable. Their customer service is fantastic.

I have three acres of land. They are very reliable. They come out and mow every week like they say they are going to. They bill me every month. They remind me at the beginning of the season the things they can do on my lawn; treatments to keep it green and weed free. We have been very happy with them. They are nice and clean up after themselves.

It went great. The job was completed on time.
