I still have the same alarm company that I had before and it is Executive Security. My experience with this company has been great. They are just very responsive, anytime we need anything. It is inexpensive compared to other groups. The only thing they don't have really is, that they didn't have when we started was Wi-Fi because I didn't want to have a land line, you have to have a land line, now that is good. It is a locally owned company, I try and do for the support local. That is a key factor for me that they are a local company, they are not across the entire the country, a small business unit. The customer service stands out the most, they are really good to work with. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing they don't really have, which I would really like to have is video installed where I can monitor on my iPad or something that you can buy outside but I would like to have a service that monitors that. It hasn't been my top priority to find for me because the crime rate has come down and that's been helpful. They are always punctual.

Response from EXECUTIVE SECURITY
"[Member Name Removed], I know this response is delayed in getting to you, but I just today registered Executive Security on Angie's List and saw you feedback. First, I would like to apologize for the bad experience you had with the technician, and also let you know, that particular technician is no longer with us for various reasons. To address the other issue, we don't know what the issue is when a customer calls in with a problem. We do the best we can to help anyone over the phone, but we also can't have a customer trying to place wires,(everyone has a different set of skills and knowledge)and possibly "fry" the panel completely. I hope you understand that if that were to happen, we would then be in the position of being asked to replace the board at no charge because we should have just come out and fixed it instead of asking the customer to do something they shouldn't have had to do. We have run into that very situation,(by trying to save the customer money) and have since made it a practice to never have a customer re-wire something. Also, we have to charge for service calls, we still have to pay anyone that comes out to resolve whatever problem you may be having, and that is why we have to charge for the service call. It would be the same as you calling a plumber and them coming out, they would expect payment for their time. In retrospect, you could have sent the bill on to Comcast and had them pay it because of something their technician did while wiring in your cable. We have had several customers do that and with success. Just food for thought if you ever have another issue. I can't answer for the rude way you were treated, but I can apologize for it. We are under new management, and we don't tolerate such behavior from any of our technicians. Sincerely, Kristi"
