We had floors that were very damaged from carpet stretchers, and they filled some of the worst holes to make them less noticeable but did not do any other patching as far as I can see. They were by far less expensive than some other quotes I got, so value was very good, despite this. READ THIS: They provide a limited number of stain options for you to choose from, so rather than wait for them to bring options, I strongly recommend going to Home Depot or Lowes and looking at the stain samples there to choose one before they come. I am someone unhappy with the color of the floor, but this is not their fault! I simply chose from what they had available, but I should have gone and picked exactly what I wanted. This is a very good company if you are looking for a fairly inexpensive way to have your floors refinished, particularly if your floors are high-traffic and you have pets and kids that are bound to damage them in time anyway. If you are looking for a perfect floor that looks like a model home, you will have to pay about 2x as much.

Overall we are very happy with the work they did on our home. The entire floor hardwood was refinished and the stairs were also refinished to the specs as mentioned in the pamphlet. These guys are professionals at what they do and bring great value for the price. I will recommend these pros to anyone looking to refinish their floors.

Exotic Floors -reliable, reasonable, professional, and performed quality work. I highly recommend them if you need flooring refinished or replaced. They also replaced stair spindles and stained and painted what needed to be touched up at the end. I couldn't be more pleased. You are in good hands by choosing Exotic Floors!!
