Sleep Easy Chimney Service

I've been waiting 3 weeks for a fireplace screen because the one they brought was too small. No word from them when I will get one. Very expensive for the little bit of cleaning they did.

Got both my gas fireplaces working. One stopped again and they retuened and fixed it free.

The technician was polite, on time, followed instructions and did an O.K. job. He said he would check the shop for a piece we might need and get back with us. too soon for him to get back with us. We will see on that issue.

Gas fireplace would't light. Matt found the problem right away and could have saved me some money if they had suggested that I check the safety switch, However having it checked for leaks and operation gives us a feeling of peace so it was worh it.

Came to our house the NEXT day after rescheduling some other appointments. Gene has his certifications to work on gas fireplaces. He read our product instruction guide and went to work. Must have spent 1 and 1/2 hours and explained what he was doing as he proceeded. While the problem proved to be difficult because the brand is longer made (so no on-line tech help), he continued to try and find an answer. We finally agreed that the issue was complex, he said he would check with some friends to see "if they could provide some insight". I would strongly recomend him

I finaly called them and they were not sure if they could do the job but said would check and call me back eather way a week later no call no messages. Good thing it was something simple and we did not actualy need help after all.

The gentleman that came to my house was very professional and courteous. He was knowledgabel about my issues. I have asked him to find out some information for me regarding blowers for my fireplace insert. He hasn't gotten back to me yet, but am hoping he will very soon.
