Brian and his partner were both professional, very thorough, quick and efficient. They also shared with us any flaws they found within the fireplace and chimney. I will call them again when we need fireplace help!

Service man was on time, presentable, went directly to job at hand, and completed task. The person is not aware that after they left the gas fireplace started on its own. I don't know what the reason, however I had to turn the gas off to the fireplace to get it off!

The service technician was very professional and thorough. He took time to make sure the entire vent was cleaned, even though it required cleaning from the outside and from the inside. After the job he reconnected the dryer and tested the dryer to be sure everything was working. He cleaned the area around the dryer and washer. The owner even followed up with me to be sure the service was acceptable. I am a small business owner and I know the value of customer service and technical capabiltiy. Sleep Easy holds similar values and they are very proud of their reputation. I would recommend them for dryer vent cleaning wihtout any reservati
