JUST LIKE FAMILY. The service I received was excellent! The front of my bumper on a Audi S4 tore away when I backed out of a parking spot. The estimators at several auto body repair shops told me there was no way to fix it unless I replaced the entire bumper - at least $1K job. The gentlemen at Auto Beauty Specialist gave me more than one option - note this can't always be done, depending on the damage. He assured me that his team of professionals could reattach the front bumper and have it looking as good as new. Well, he was right. Not only did they do an impeccable job reattaching the bumper, but my car was spotless - looking as if it just came off of the showroom floor. This is the second vehicle that I have taken to Auto Beauty Specialist for repair and their pride and workmanship continues. What I like most is that they appear to be a small family owned business and only knowing me as a guy that just came in off of the street, they treated me like family. They?ll do their best to get you in and out as soon as possible. I brought my car in on the 11th and picked it back up on the 12th.

A problem with sourcing the new bumper cover caused us to witness the extraordinary service of Auto Beauty Specialist (ABS). Even sourcing a new bumper cover from the OEM, three successive parts came in defective (peeling primer paint). The job should have taken two days, but when more time was needed, our ABS contact offered a nice shop car for our use free of charge so we could return the rental car and not pay further fees. ABS arranged for a re-painted cover through a new car dealer and was able to negotiate with the OEM for no charge for the painting. Despite the delays, inconvenience and probably other types of expense for ABS, we were asked to pay only the amount of the original estimate. The replaced bumper cover looks beautiful.

This is the best service I have had in such a long time. I am amazed. Blake was the first person I dealt with on the phone and at the shop. Really nice guy and a straight shooter. My car was fixed in 2 days. When I went to pick it up they were so nice. One thing I noticed was even though I am a woman (and my husband was not with me) they still treated me like a human being and not like an idiot (treatment I've gotten at a couple dealerships around). I have never gone into a car shop of any kind and seen so many smiling guys. The manager or boss walked me out to make sure the car looked good. The mirror looked great, at a very reasonable price and in a very short amount of time. What completely shocked me was the fact that they detailed my car, inside and out. It was spotless. I couldn't believe it. The car was a complete disaster when I took it to them and now it's like brand new! It even smells good! They didn't tell me. It was such a nice surprise. Everybody should take their car to Auto Beauty. I love it.

Work went very well. ABS coordinated with the insurance company (State Farm) and the car rental (Enterprise). Work looks great. They were very professional. Car looks new.

During recent storms, a tree limb fell on the rear roof of my SUV while parked in the driveway. Put a deep dent in the roof panel and a hole in the housing of the dust spoiler/light assembly. Auto Beauty completed the job in five days. Worked flawlessly with my insurer. Finished job looks great.

We have used Auto Beauty several times over the years for minor/moderate damage, but required their services for some major damage to our 2012 Nissan Altima when a car crossed the center lane and hit the drivers side of our vehicle. Once again, Auto Beauty did outstanding work. Car drives like it did pre-accident, if not when it was brand new. We were kept updated on the status of the repairs which took approx. a month and 80 labor hours due to the significant damage. Another wonderful experience. Auto Beauty takes pride in their work and it shows. Flawless repairs. This is the only place I will take my cars for repair work, for their quality workmanship outdoes any other repair shop I have used in the past. The above $ amount represents the total insurance payment paid for the repair work.

Although I decided to hold off on the repair due to the cost (and the fact that the safety of the car wasn't in question), the service we received was wonderful! It was a horribly rainy day, yet the clerk at the counter cheerfully headed outside to look at the damage and returned with what I would consider to be a fair estimate for the repairs. Although I don't want to spend that kind of money right now, I do feel it is fair and the service alone would make it worth it. He even went out of his way to find out if we could find a replacement part at a reduced cost, something I didn't expect. I would definitely recommend these folks to friends and family!

Company worked with our insurance company to finalize the estimate. All details were handled by the Company. The work quality was excellent. The expenses and timeline for completion were in line with the estimates.

I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata in when the front bumper snapped off due to a weak clip and dragging on a curb. I was paying out of pocket for repairs, and Auto Beauty Specialists gave me the best quote, were easy to work with, and were incredibly friendly I definitely recommend them for body work in St Louis. It was worth the 25 minute drive for me.

After my previous experience with Auto Beauty Specialists, I took another car in for non-insurance work. They gave me an estimate and the work came in on budget! Three days before I was supposed to bring the car in, they called and said they were overloaded, and couldn't get to my car that week, and asked about delaying one week. That was no problem for me, and a nice touch on their part. When the work was complete, they even arranged for me to pick up the car after hours.

Chose Auto Beauty based off Angie’s List recommendation for some insurance repair work. They handled everything with the insurance company. They were very up-front about their capacity (they're very busy) and delayed accepting my car until they could work on it. It took a bit longer than we estimated, but the job was flawless! We were so impressed; we took another car there for non-insurance work.

We required collision repair, were T-boned at the driver's side rear wheel . Responsive, courteous customer service. They kept us up to date on the status of the repair. The mechanical work was subcontracted out to Wolfe Toyota. On return, the car looked great. When we drove it, we noticed a whine that emanated from the rear. We returned the car and ABS sent it back to Wolfe - turned out to be bad wheel bearings on both rear wheels (which they got covered under the manufacturer's warranty). During this time ABS gave me a loaner car to use.

Very nice repair work quality. Work was estimated at 4-5 work days yet took 7 and despite pick up call car was not ready for 20 minutes and was dirty inside.

Nick took care of me from start to finish. I drove to the place without calling and he remembered my name and insurance company from hail repair that they had fixed several months earlier. Very impressive. Their estimate and the inurance agents estimate were nearly identical. Work was scheduled and performed on time at the cost of the estimate. Would definitely use again.

The work happened just like they said. They did forget a part on the bumper but realized that right away and were very nice about making sure it was taken care of. That says a lot about their commitment to do things right.

Went excellent and they did the work much faster than what we expected. Dave Denny is a great guy, and very honest and he also suggested some cost saving measures instead of replacing some parts, which was just as good. Dropped the car off on a Saturday and got it back the following Thursday. Car is in as best shape as possible and I for the life of me am perplexed as to how they are able to repair the damages. Great work!!!

My wife and I came in since she had used them before. Their Estimate was much lower than the body shop closer to us but it made NO difference since I was able to claim the damage on my Comprehensive Insurance which was $250. But if I ever needed to get any car body repair I definitely would travel to them to get it done; well worth the travel. Excellent work and for the life of me as much as I tried I couldn't tell that the hood had any dents. Looks better than before I brought it in.; road debris was kicked up by another car that hit my hood.

My experience with Auto Beauty Specialists couldn't have been better. I was rear-ended and there was next to no visible damage. I wanted to insure that my car was safe and would take a similar impact just was well as it did the first time. I showed up without an appointment and was helped immediately. He crawled under my car and described in detail what he saw, which was that everything was in it's proper place. He then showed me how the trunk was properly aligned, etc. He also told me that the small cracks in the bumper won't get worse, rust, or chip. I felt that he was extremely honest and not just looking to create extra business for the company. I chose not to have the very minor cracks in the bumper repaired, but if I ever need body work done in the future, I'll definitely be using Auto Beauty Specialists.

Got the estimate and set up the appointment for the following week. Dropped the car off Sunday night and picked it up Friday afternoon. They completed the work as scheduled, on time. The job was excellent. They were very friendly. I had a flat tier when I brought it in. They filled it with air so I could take to my tire shop and get it patched. I got two estimates and this was the cheaper of the two. I would definitely use them again.

Actually my wife was referred by Jay Wolfe West County Toyota and she received an estimate of $757.96. She spoke with Dave at Auto Beauty on the phone,and then took the car there and received a written estimate. My wife was very impressed(I am saying alot since it takes much to impress my wife when it comes to car repairs) by their honesty and told her that they can possibly re-use the liner and no need to order a new one; which they in fact did thus saving us money. We saved close to $60 from the original estimate. By the way Dave did offer to just repair the bumper cover but I convinced my wife it would be much better to have a new one replace the one that was damaged. They even vacuumed the car interior. Nice touch!!

ABS was conscientious about minimizing the time that I would be without my car. To do this work, they ordered the part on a Friday morning at the time of the estimate and my commitment. The part was delivered later that same day. I dropped my car off on the following Monday, and it was ready at the end of the business day. The color match -- even for the metallic paint -- was excellent and the workmanship appeared flawless.

They treated me well and provided very good service. They did a good job. I did whatever my insurance estimates got me to do, and I did not have to pay out of pocket. I ended up saving some money. They did whatever they promised me to do. They were on time and very professional. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Made appointment and went to the business at appointed time. They brought me home and picked me up at the end of the day. I returned the employee to the business. Very simple and pain free!

They were very helpful in the claims process. They had good personal attention. That really stood out. They greeted everyone who came through the front door. I was greeted as soon as I turned in to the lot. There were even people standing out there to direct people who came on the lot. Certainly when I entered the building, there was somebody who said, "Hello. How can I help you?" They also made it easier to get a rental car by having Enterprise Rent-a-Car come to the auto center to pick me up. They arranged that better than me having to call. I didn't have to make any calls. They did it all. They were a little bit off and their estimate and that wasn't explained to me. And the car wasn't done when they said it would be.

After Auto Beauty got finished with my car, it looked excellent. Nick and the employees fixed all the hail damage and performed a full detailing of the car. As an added bonus, Auto Beauty touched up all the small chips with paint. After a full clean-up and wax, wow, it was fabulous.
