Great! We couldn't be happier. It looks as good as new! The paint color match is perfect. The car is silver. I got 4 quotes for the work. All of them told me silver is the hardest paint color to match. ABS matched it beautifully.

Worked seamlessly. Got estimate on a Wed, dropped off car two days later. Very professional and would absolutely recommend. I needed car left for a Sat pick up (they are closed on Sat) so arranged to have key hidden and receipt left in car. I used an Angie's List coupon which they'd rarely seen so unsure how to proceed but it was honored and saved me $38. Flawless work and would highly recommend.

Great! They noticed more damage once they got the bumper off and informed me that additional parts were required and another day or two of work would be needed. Took 5 days total and the work was excellent! They coordinated with my insurance company and car rental so I didn't have to worry about anything. Very friendly, professional guys at the location.

Over the last five years, I've brought five different cars in for various work; hail damage, window tinting, and collision repair. The work has always been superb, and it was always done when they said it would be. For one collision repair, they found additional damage after parts were taken off, and they promptly called me to "ok" the additional time and expense.

We took our 17 year-old Mercedes (sports model) in to be repaired after the front bumper/ spoiler was ripped, rear bumper was slightly damaged, rear fender was slightly dented, top surface was hail damaged, and interior lighted mirrored visors were broken from wear and tear.
We originally intended to just get the front bumper replaced and sell the car, even though mechanically the car has been kept in great shape and it has only 78,000 original miles on it (just broken in for this model Mercedes). After reviewing the price estimates from these folks at Auto Beauty Specialists to get all the needed repairs done (they shopped around for the best parts pricing available), we were excited at the prospects to getting this car back to great shape, at such a reasonable price.
We proceeded to do such and the car looks nearly brand new! What a great job! Sorry automakers, but we now plan to drive this car another 10 years. We'll plan on have having it detailed here again along the way to keep it looking new.
Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and very responsive. We highly recommend their services.
So if you are getting dissatisfied with your car just because the way it looks- talk to these folks. For several months equivalent of new car payments you may be able to rejuvenate your car and keep it several more years, like we are doing.
(One aside: be sure to talk to them about what their coupon is worth before closing the deal).

I was very impressed by everyone at Auto Body Specialists. I drive an older care that sustained damage to the hood and front headlights. I requested estimates from multiple body shops, always explaining that as this was an older car, my goal was to make it safe, drive-able, and functional but without spending more than the car is worth. Auto Body Specialists was the only shop to seriously consider my priorities for the car, and provided a very reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. They completed the work as promised and on budget and it looks even better than I could have hoped. They were friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend their work!

I've ('unfortunately') had to take my new to car to Auto Beauty twice due to separate incidents. Fortunately, they are a preferred shop by my insurance company. Since I've had work done there previously on other cars I had a lot of confidence in them. Their service is first rate as is their work. Both times the car came back in perfect like-new condition and in the appropriate amount of time. The color matches exactly. I will definitely take my car back for any of the excellent cleaning and detailing service and for any future repairs. An excellent Body Shop!

They finished it in one day, told me I needed a paint job, gave me an estimate upon payment of the car detail for a paint job without asking me first or informing me that there was any problem during the cleaning. My car sits under a tree with berries that get on it and every year I have it detailed and every year there is never a problem, but this is the first year I went to this place and they could not clean it completely, and then told me I needed a paint job (changed it to say clear coat).
Leather seats have a couple of small cuts before they cleaned, the one seat now has large gashes and several other tears that
was not there before the car was taken in.
Paint was taken off around one of the passenger windows..
Part of the inside of the car was sprayed with an cleaner/wax and left, has discolored an area, I am trying to get that cleaned up.
Will not use service again.
The carpets were cleaned well, the outside is much cleaner and the car shines well but now I have to take it to a body shop for another opinion on the clear coat. The very least if they saw a problem was informed me before the car was picked up.

Initially, there was confusion regarding my claim with the insurance company and Auto Beauty Specialists. I got my estimate before I filed a claim, so the parts on the claim were used to save me money. After I spoke to a rep at Auto Beauty, we decided that since insurance was involved, they would order factory parts instead of used. I gave Auto Beauty my claim number and insurance phone number, but a check arrived for the original estimate before they communicated.
After they received the parts, I dropped my car off. It took 4 days to complete the work (an extra because the grill was misplaced and they had to order a new one). They had great customer service skills on the phone and in person. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, and the bumper and grill look flawless!

I could NOT find anyone that would touch this job. After calling a dozen auto body and glass repair and even a dealership, I came across Auto Beauty Specialists. First I spoke with Jim who said I should try a dealership first, but they would be happy to help me if I needed it. After sitting on hold for ten minutes at a dealership with no human response, I called him back. Tim O'Hara answered and told me to come in and they would look at it. After inspecting the glass, Tim was quite concerned. He told me that time was of the essence, and sent me to Glendale Chrysler, because they might have the part in stock. Glendale gave me a quote of $775.00, almost half of which was inflated labor. They didn't even have the part. I went right back to Tim at Auto Beauty and they ordered the part and saved me $250. PLUS, did the job in under an hour, washed my car, and were all around great guys. A special thank you to Tim!

I needed to get the left quarter panel on my 2007 altima repaired. They gave me two estimates, one for simply fixing the current quarter panel and the other for replacement. The repair was a cheaper estimate and they said if I wished to try that method they would do what they could, but explained that since the damage was on a crease that it may not work and they would then have to replace. They also said that if they were able to repair the panel that it you would be able to tell if you looked closely. I have done body work myself in the past and I understood what he meant. I decided to go ahead and replace the panel. I took the car in on a Monday, they arranged for Enterprise to pick me up so I could get a rental car. They said it would most likely be done by Wednesday, but I reserved the rental until Friday just to be safe. Wednesday morning they called and said that they were doing the finishing touches and it would be done soon. I returned the rental car and Enterprise gave me a ride back. The car looked great, the color matched perfectly as did the pin stripes. It looks like the damage never happened. I gave them a "fair" for the price since it was high, but I suspect that kind of work is comparable anywhere you go.

I took my daughter's car after a fender bender. I simply went during my lunch and they gave me a quick estimate, no appointment necessary. Cost was reasonable. They said it would take three days but it only took two. Work looked good and her car was amazingly clean! It couldn't have been any easier!
