They did a great job, and my experience with them was great. I have used them before, and they are a topnotch company. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Nick handled the phone calls and the estimate very well. I was considering another company while visiting Auto Beauty and the owner came out and spoke with me. He assured me of the quality of work that would be done, on the timing and at the estimated price. He made me feel quite comfortable with the company and I decided to use them. They did exactly what they said. They fixed everything on time and at the estimate that I was quoted. I was very impressed. They even informed me that I had a bumper issue that was under warranty that should be fixed. I contacted the manufacturer and they agreed. The work performed was very good. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again or refer my friends or family. If you have hail damage or any body damage I would strongly recommend Auto Beauty Specialists. I am incredibly picky and they met my expectations.

It was great. They were very professional and did a complete detailing of our SUV. It was fine and they did an excellent job. We paid $350 for the last service. I don’t know if the price was good or bad. It was quite a bit to pay, but I would certainly use them if I want to get auto detailing done again.

Beautiful and amazing, they made my car look brand new again. Wonderful job of detailing. My car was ready when they said it would be and they performed a great job.

They did a great job. I had tried to get it off myself, and had rubbed too hard and damaged the paint. They buffed it out until there was a beautiful finish left on the hood.

They were very courteous and the work was great. They called me in the middle of the job to let me know how things were going. The car was done when they said it would be. They came out with me to make sure that the work was done to my specifications. They did attach a written guarantee that if I had any problems they would fix them. This guarantee was called a Lifetime Limited Paint Performance Guarantee.

When I called to make an appointment the man I talked to was very nice. I didn't know anything about having windows tinted, so he explained the process and terms to me. Then he called back within 5 minutes with a quote and was able to set up an appointment in 2 days. I took the car to the shop in the morning and it was finished by closing time. The windows looks great!

ABS worked well with my insurance company. They were prompt, responsive and the quality of work was perfect. Can't even tell my car was damaged.

A very good job. A number of people have commented that it looks like a new car. There is some paint damage from bird droppings that no simple cleaning can fix but despite that the car does shine like new vehicle. The inside as well looks just it did when I drove it off the lot almost 5 years ago. Well done.

I was immediately impressed. The initial presentation of this company was striking. The building, office and work space is meticulous, located in a quaint little area of Webster Groves. The staff were wonderful...very courteous, attentive, and professional. There is an obvious emphasis on detail and explicit explanation on the body work and price. The work itself was done expertly. I couldn't tell that my CRV had been damaged. They were over the estimate by 66%, and never called to get authorization for the additional cost. For example, one item they replaced was the bumper because it was scratched, even though we had previously agreed not to replace it. They thought it was okay to go ahead, anyway, since they knew my insurance company was paying for it. The bumper already had numerous scratches on it in various places from normal wear and tear and didn't need to be replaced. The higher cost of the repair caused my insurance company's surcharge to kick in. In addition, they told me that it would take two days to repair my car and it took four. The shop did provide me with a cheap loaner car. I waited about a month to have the repair scheduled, when I could have taken it to another well-rated body shop in the area two weeks earlier.

Our detailer, Mike Davis, did a terrific job. We are still talking about it! Driving the car home I almost believed I was driving a new car instead of a 7 year old car. They were the most thorough in evaluating the damage to my car and in explaining the process they would use to replace and paint the rear bumper cover. Their price was competitive with the other two bids I received, but their attention to detail was the reason I chose them to do the work.
