The design of the project was well done, and was given to us in a timely manner. The builders were very good. They knew their craft and did it well. The room is insulated very well, and the finishing work was excellent. Archadeck took care of all of the permits, with sending the building crew, with the electrical crew, with the tile work, and all of the pieces like windows, doors, hardware, etc. they recommended painters and the one we chose did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end result.

We have been extremely pleased from start to finish of this project. It's the little things that really add up. From the beginning of planning through building of the porch, roofers, electrians, clean up, etc........everyone was top notch and the communication was excellent. We are so very excited to spend time on this beautiful new space!

When my project date arrived, the team all showed and was very professional. A couple of them were smokers but I did not find any cigarette butts when they left. They were very well together and created my new pergola. After it was completed, Steve sat down with me and explained the warranty

We were very happy with every aspect of the project. From our first conversation, Steve provided detailed explanations of their process and the different options available for the roof, flooring, etc. Jess and his crew built a beautiful porch and were easy to have around. When we noticed two minor problems, they addressed them immediately. Steve dropped by frequently to check on progress and keep us informed of next steps. And his bid was significantly less than the competitor we spoke to. We highly recommend Archadeck.

The company was responsive and returned my call promptly, however, once we began discussing what we needed done, the lady I spoke to said their prices would START at $20K. She also advised the smallest covered deck they did was a 14X? ( I can't remember the other dimension, but it was larger than the area we wanted covered). They clearly did not want smaller jobs. We had already received two estimates from other companies for less than this company's STARTING price. When I told the lady I spoke to that fact, she told me if I did and they were companies I liked, I should have them do the job. This company clearly doesn't need my business.

They were great. Dan Hall was the sales guy who came to the house and met with us. He came back with sketches and price estimates, and when we got it all figured out we signed the contract with him. It was more costly than we imagined we were going to spend on it, but lower then the other bid we got. They were scheduling a couple months out, but they started the build pretty close to when they predicted they would get to it. Robert was the carpenter who did the work, and he did a great job on it. We have received complements from everyone who has seen in, including the guys who delivered the furniture we purchased to go out there. Steve Folsom is the owner, and he came to the site several times, and was very detailed in keeping us in the loop about what they were doing. Overall very professional, and we have spent most evenings out there eating dinner and just hanging out, without a single bug bite!

Outstanding and very professional from start to finish. we were provided a detailed estimate by Steve F., the company owner who met with us multiple times to discuss construction options and get answers to all our questions. Steve provided detailed up dates on all aspects of the construction phases. Deck was completed within expected timeline. Deck construction was very high quality. Construction Team was professional and friendly. Everything was constructed to code. The construction site team lead, Thomas, was on site continuously and answered any questions, provided solutions to any issues that arose. Highest quality work in all construction phases. The work site was always clean. The deck construction and craftsmanship coupled with superior building materials, resulted in a new deck that exceeded my expectations.

It went very well. They gave me a very detailed bid which I accepted. I did have to wait a couple months to fit into their schedule but once they started they completed the work in a week.

Work commenced on the projected start date and was completed on the projected finish date. The level of craftsmanship provided exceeded my expectations. We could not be more pleased with our new deck. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Steve's quote was competitive, the materials offered were of the finest quality, and Thomas provided a "picture perfect" installation.

We had a great experience and have no regrets in selecting Archadeck for designing and constructing our patio enclosure. They were very responsive and professional from the time they quoted our project through completion. Steve was good in communicating when his crew would be here and what they would be doing and was always available to answer questions. We were also very impressed with the crew who were not only skilled carpenters taking pride in their work, but were also professional and courteous.

Archadeck built my deck in 2003 when composite decking was relatively new. The material used has held up well, although the deck railing had slumped badly and the facing boards had warped and pulled away from the edge of the deck. I chose to have them replace the composite railing with aluminum and the facing boards. The crew did a very good job of installing the new materials; had to work around the fact that the original material was no longer available. New railing is a huge improvement both from the standpoint of appearance and also visibility of yard from deck.

We designed the deck with Steve Folsom, who both listened to our design ideas and provided expert cost-benefit analysis, which helped us make excellent choices aesthetically and financially. Thomas and Dustin demolished our old deck and constructed the new screened porch, which included a new roof, electrical work, and upgraded materials. Thomas and Dustin had an incredible work ethic and provided helpful advice. Steve also frequently visited the project site and promptly responded to our inquiries throughout the planning and building process. We were thrilled with the process from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough the quality, reliability, and professionalism of Archadeck. There were no surprises. The pricing was accurate. The start-and-finish dates were correct. Quality and workmanship were top notch. We couldn't be happier with the end product. We are so happy we chose Archadeck. My last takeaway from this experience is, for any home projects we pursue in the future, we will hire a specialist. Every difficulty or hurdle was spotted far in advance of the building process. We avoided countless headaches by hiring a specialist.

We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Archadeck. Customer service, communication, construction skill and attention to detail were first rate. Steve goes out of his way to keep you informed during all stages of the process and we were particularly impressed with his efforts to resolve a new building code issue and to educate us on the proper care and maintenance of our decks. Thomas and his crew worked quickly and diligently to complete the project in just five days. They kept the worksite clean and neat and they were professional and friendly. The end products are lovely and a tremendous improvement! We look forward to many years of use and enjoyment. We would not hesitate to call upon Archadeck again for a future project.

Steve met with us 2 times as we were talking with contractors, getting bids and ideas. We went with Archadeck because my husband used this company 20 years ago in Boston and he was very happy with the work. Steve kept us informed of what was going to happen at each phase of the project. Answered our questions and concerns and went along with changes that we made half way thru the project ( more outlets, lighting ). We are very happy with the porch, will get many years of enjoyment and use from this beautiful space. It is so wonderful to sit and enjoy morning coffee listening to the birds or a evening cocktail without the pesky bugs .

Reliable, works with you on your needs and logistics of your property, flexible with the ins/outs of design challenges, uses quality materials, and has a great team from the sales quote down to the finishing team doing the details on your project. Everyone really works together and you never feel like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I was surprised at the eye for detail at every level of the job, Steve, Jeremy, and their crew were professional and know their stuff from beginning to end. They were all so friendly and hard working. Dan and Melinda were simply awesome finishing the detail work at the end of the project. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. Anyone that has seen the deck has commented how beautiful it turned out. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone that wants and needs real professionals that don't just throw together a project just to move on to the next. I'm sure I'll have many years to enjoy the results of their hard work.....a GREAT company!!!

Could not be more happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Steve and his crew. Steve worked hard to get plans through to obtain building permit when we were delayed by a county holiday. He was very receptive and attentive to our questions, and suggestions. HIs crew is the absolute best, a wonderful group of people that work hard and are very respectful of homeowner and their property. The workers thanked us many times for the opportunity to put the deck on our home. The only thing that I would change is I wish they did more than just decks. A+ business and just great people all around.

They always arrive on time or call if they will be late at all, even 5 minutes. They did a great job and have come out of minor repairs in the past. He's working with me right now for a large warranty repair. They're not the least expensive but you get your money's worth.

Working with Steve and his Archadeck crew to build our screened porch was great. They were prompt, professional, hard working, and the quality of the project was excellent. There were no surprises and they managed their schedule and their subcontractors perfectly. No drama or headaches....exactly what I want when I'm paying for a contractor to provide a service for me. Things went great! Starting with Dan Hall who took our ideas and was able to present us with a computer generated picture of what the proposed deck and pergola would look like. The crew arrived on time each day and the yard was cleaned up each day before they left. We installed AZEK decking with a cedar pergola. Steve Folsom kept in touch with us and explained each step of the project which was completed in six days. All materials arrived on time and the permits were in place. The excess materials were removed promptly when the project was finished. We removed an old patio and an old deck and will complete the pavers and landscaping in the spring. We would highly recommend Steve Folsom and Archadeck for your project.

The entire project went smoothly with no delays, mistakes, or do overs. Workmanship was outstanding, well coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. All materials were top grade. The owner-contractor relationship was very good and Steve Folsom is a pleasure to work with. He readily kept us informed of each phase of the project so we knew what was going to happen and when. The project foreman was very knowledgeable and experienced and the crew was very efficient.

Archadeck did a fine job. The job took about two weeks from start to finish, which was within the time frame communicated to us before the job started. There were generally 2-4 workers on the job. They were all very nice and professional. Steve Folsom, owner of the company, was onsite everyday to check on the progress. Steve communicated with us frequently on minor issues and changes necessary during the job. The install went smoothly with no significant suprises. The quality of their work and focus on the details was excellent. A railing light quit working after a few weeks and was replaced with a new light by Archadeck. We were very satisfied with Archadeck and enjoy our new deck.
