The service was good but they are not yet done with the service. But initially it was nice.

The crew arrived on time and worked late until they completed the job. Its been 6 months and everything is still good. The crew was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable on the work that they were doing.

This service was done at my father's house in IL. The crew was very professional. We did have to have them come back out and remove the plates on basement walls so the STL Crack Team could seal the wall cracks.

On time, on budget, and it fixed our problem.

They were fast, efficient and as far as I can tell, did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly.

It went well had to have them comeback a few times to touch up some details. I was pleased with their work overall.

Great! There was no needed work that got completed four us.

We were not pleased at the completion of the job and we voiced this to the crew and they could have cared less. It was cold and starting to snow and they wanted to leave. A different crew had to come back 2 weeks later to completely seal the areas. And the second crew passed it off as not their work. So we are left with an uneven entrance to our garage.

overall good. All these guys worked very hard to get it done. When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks.

Had to have repairmen back, was still leaking. Fixed it properly, very happy now.

They did great work in a timely manner and cleaned up everything when finished.

The wall did not need to be stabilized. They don't repair anything they destroy. They did a terrible job taking out drywall in the bathroom. Did not repair where they tore the paper on adjoining drywall. They didn't cut any drywall that would have made repairs much easier, they literally ripped it out by hand. They did something to the shower enclosure so that the doors don't close properly. The dust from digging out concrete was a terrible mess, they didn't clean that up. And - very expensive.

OK I have had Foundation Recovery do basement repairs on three separate occasions.. I would highly recommend FA to anyone. I have had FA one three occasions. The work was done on a timely fashion. The jobs were well done and the cleanup afterwards left the job site clean. I will use them in the future.

The first time they came it was not done correctly, so they had to schedule another time to come back and fix. They still need to come back out and shave off a section of the sidewalk. Don't know if the problem is the way the sidewalk was poured when house was built or if it is a problem with the way they did it. For the amount we paid, I expected better results. I marked would not hire again mainly for the sidewalk problem. I'm not sure how they do with other problems.

Civil Engineer Mike Mahlon spent about an hour doing laser measuring. He then explained explaining the overall plan of attack complete with drawings, specifications, and finance options. The evaluation was very helpful in getting an understanding on why water was seeping in around the fireplace. I would recommend this service if you have shifting foundation. My home is 43 years old and the amount of shift was not causing immediate problems. Thank you for the evaluations.

Took a long time to complete because of weather.

I think it went very well. I don’t know much about this type of work but they explained everything to me it looks to me like things were done properly and neatly. I feel confident that my issues are taken care of.

This company was very professional. They were very respectful of our property and our home during their repair. The communication about what they were doing and when they were going to do it was always communicated ahead of time. I would recommend them for to anyone for this type of work.

Seemed like one person on the crew did all the hard work and on the 3rd day, he was done. There were some items they needed to return and finalize, their schedule must have been busy because it took a month for that to happen. Then somethings weren’t addressed as needed and I think on the 3rd time back they completed the job. It’s beautiful and keeping the water out and I’m very happy about that.

They did a fantastic job in a quick amount of time! Would highly recommend!!!
