They were very pleasant, very polite and the price were great. It was just done recently so I still have to wait and see.

Made appt they came out. Spent 1.5 hours measuring taking notes. The. Said he needed help and had tried calling to of his managers and got no answer. Will go back and talk with them and get back with us. That was 9 days ago and haven’t heard anything

The service was good but they are not yet done with the service. But initially it was nice.

Perfect. Installed a barrier and a sump pump.

They were fast, efficient and as far as I can tell, did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly.

This service was done at my father's house in IL. The crew was very professional. We did have to have them come back out and remove the plates on basement walls so the STL Crack Team could seal the wall cracks.

The crew arrived on time and worked late until they completed the job. Its been 6 months and everything is still good. The crew was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable on the work that they were doing.

As expected. Driveway was lifted cracks were filled and all joint were resealed. My biggest let down is how uneven the caulk joint sealer was put on and lack of follow up to see if I was satisfied.

I think it went very well. I don’t know much about this type of work but they explained everything to me it looks to me like things were done properly and neatly. I feel confident that my issues are taken care of.

OK I have had Foundation Recovery do basement repairs on three separate occasions.. I would highly recommend FA to anyone. I have had FA one three occasions. The work was done on a timely fashion. The jobs were well done and the cleanup afterwards left the job site clean. I will use them in the future.

Very efficient crew. Work was done quickly and professionally. The system is working great. It removes a lot of water away from our foundation each day. I only wish I had extended my discharge line farther away from the house. My yard is getting pretty swampy!

Had to have repairmen back, was still leaking. Fixed it properly, very happy now.

overall good. All these guys worked very hard to get it done. When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks.

This company was very professional. They were very respectful of our property and our home during their repair. The communication about what they were doing and when they were going to do it was always communicated ahead of time. I would recommend them for to anyone for this type of work.

They came the day they were scheduled. Called before they arrived. The guys were very courteous and got it done in a timely manner. Answered any questions I had.

The wall did not need to be stabilized. They don't repair anything they destroy. They did a terrible job taking out drywall in the bathroom. Did not repair where they tore the paper on adjoining drywall. They didn't cut any drywall that would have made repairs much easier, they literally ripped it out by hand. They did something to the shower enclosure so that the doors don't close properly. The dust from digging out concrete was a terrible mess, they didn't clean that up. And - very expensive.
