Totta Hardwoods

Description of Work: Totta Hardwood flooring does outstanding work. He uses quality wood flooring and his workers puts in a hard days work. They installed my new living room floor and put the finish down in 4 days. The only complaint is there was one board that had a black streak in it that I thought should not have been used. But by the time I saw it, it was too late to replace the board. (The whole floor was already installed) Still it does not look bad. They worked around my time frame and I postponed a week to help them catch up their busy work. Mike Totta kept in touch with me the whole time. He answered my e-mails to him within 12 hours. When they were finished I had concerns about some carpet pad that got pulled up when they removed the carpet in the bedroom and bathroom when they fastened down the carpet next to the new wood floor and Mike came right over the next week and fixed the problem before he even asked for final payment. They could not exactly match my wood color with the kitchen, but that floor is 12 years old so I was happy they got close. The new living room floor still looks great and I am very happy with the results.

Description of Work: This company was excellent. I had my kitchen and dinning room stripped and restained along with some kitchen boards replaced and refrigerator and stove moved and put back and I was so pleased that I have given their name out to several friends. I would definitely use them again. I give them and overall A+.

Description of Work: Mike Totta had come out to give an estimate right before christmas. We agreed on a price and a start date of 01/02/13. Mike showed up an hour late on 01/02/13 and thought he was giving us an estimate when actually he was suppose to start the job He did apologize for his own confusion. Since Mike was there he went ahead and started taking the molding off. The help showed up late the next day. Job took longer than it was suppose to. Overall they did a good job of resurfacing my floor.

Description of Work: Mike and his crew were great to work with. When we saw a few thisngs that needed to be redone this was done without any problem and we would use their services again. Mike resanded my hardwood floors and installed new hardwood as well.

Description of Work: I only received an estimate. It was fair, I just found someone for less. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in the house while I was home alone.
