Cheaper than doing the U-Haul thing

Had them load a moving truck for a move across state. I supplied the truck and moving materials. They arrived within their forecasted window and were able to fit more than I expected into my truck, and did so in only two hours. They took great care with our belongings and were good to work with. Would hire again.

Amazing work! Iâ m not gonna lie I was really skeptical after reading a ton of horror stories about moving companies but I really did not wanna do the work myself. I did my due diligence and read lots of reviews especially the bad ones and I really liked how Moving Proz responded to some of the negative feedback that they had. I decided to go with Moving Proz over three other moving quotes that I got mostly because of their reputation and the experience I had getting the estimate. From start to finish it was done professionally the moving crew made me feel comfortable they were very polite and professional. I had some oversize items that I wasnâ t confident were able to come out in one piece . Moving Proz made this look easy to make a long story short everything went smoothly and ended up under quote.

Completely ruined a new leather chair, destroyed multiple doorways and doors in both old and new houses, put huge gash in antique hutch, scratched and broke wooden bed frame, gouged several wood floors. Multiple walls at both houses left with large gashes and lines on walls from ramming our furniture through. Despite boxes and furniture being clearly labeled as to where they were to be placed, several items placed haphazardly throughout house. Left multiple items behind at sold house that were labeled for moving. No one apologized, just pointed out where to file a claim. Just astounded by the lack of care taken by this crew. One would think hiring a team to assist with moving would alleviate some of the stress of a big move, but this experience completely overwhelmed us. If you want all of your valuables and your home to be destroyed, then this is the company for you.

You better pay close attention to your inventory you provide because they will move small things in place of big things that actually need movers to move.

Worst experience ever. Overcharges of $1600 after the move was complete. Damaged pool table, washer, refrigerator, and wall damage. I was quoted $2400 from Nick. When I got the bill in the end, it was over $4000. I asked him to come out and look at our home and what we have to move, He said he has been doing this a long time and can tell just from the pictures on realtor.com. We did add some items, but many things we moved. I email 3 times about the damages to the pool table and no response. **We were unaware of the walking distance from the entryway of the origin to the truck as well as the rough walkway that the crew had to use at the destination to unload your items safely and efficiently. Which based on our notes was not the safest pathway but the guys made it work anyway. " It is a nice stamped concrete sidewalk from the front door to the driveway... **It is very important that we have walkway and parking information to ensure that we can give a proper estimate of time and resources for your move** Is not that part of the bid process???? **In the end, we would love to come out and take a look at your piano at no cost of course** I do not own a piano..... Stay away.....

I was conned into using this company by a salesman named Michael Mann. I have a pool table and in the course of our conversation he stated that he had talked to the **Manager** and Moving Proz would be interested in taking the pool table to use in training. He stated that the training manager would supervise its disassembly and the move of it to their training facility. I used this company because it was a way to get the pool table moved at no cost. On the day of the move, none of the 6 employees sent to do the move knew anything about a pool table. Subsequent calls to Mr. Mann were never returned and the pool table is still sitting in the basement of my former residence. I am hoping the new owner will want it, but if not, I am going to have to pay someone to come and get it. As far the move itself was concerned, there was some damage to an entertainment center, to a china cabinet and to the walls in my new home.

Estimate was accurate, I made no changes to order, came in under time, efficient and careful guys.

They were courteous and efficient. Very careful with my belongings.

They communicated about timing and were so helpful! They moved all the things I asked them to. The ONLY thing they did that detracts from their score is to not adequately protect my 3-way mirror, and it unfortunately was bent and will need to be repaired. Otherwise they were Great!

The two young men that moved me were quick, efficient and very professional. They took great care not to cause any damage moving my stuff out of my old place and into the new one. Pricing was great and they even finished in less time than I was quoted. Will definitely use again if I ever have to move. Highly recommend them!!!

Really polite young men On time very fast

I hired this company to move my daughter out of my house and into her own apartment. The movers were young, I have to admit I was a little nervous at first, but they were so nice! And they did a wonderful job! They got everything moved in a very timely manner and put everything where we asked them to in the new place. Most importantly, as this was a partial move, they had to work around my furniture to move only what my daughter was taking. They did not damage anything! My daughters apartment is on the 3rd floor, and still, they worked so hard and quickly on a very hot day! I highly recommend this company! Also, the initial booking phone call was very thorough, I was emailed all of the documents immediately with the quote. Great company!

The 2 movers we had were very prompt and efficient. Had the best price in the area and it did not disappoint. Very pleased with the overall service.

I had Moving Proz do an in-town move for about 5 miles. The quote process was easy, they came in and took a few pictures of what they needed to move. Then got me a quote in just a few hours. The communication was good up until the day before the move, when the forecast called for snow and a bit of ice. The day before the move was scheduled they called and confirmed that we were still good to go the next morning. They told me to make sure that the driveways and walk ways were clear, which I agreed to, and did. Then the morning of the scheduled move they called and postponed the move until the next day to let the roads get cleared. I was fine with this, but had to move that weekend. So then the new move date was confirmed to be Sunday morning. Sunday morning came along and by this point the roads were clear. Moving Proz called at 6:45 and cancelled again. I told them the roads were fine at this point and if we had to start a few hours later that is fine. This is when the communication fell apart. They we're supposed to call and let me know when they would be sending out the crew at 9 AM. They finally called at about 9:45 and said they had to cancel for the day. So I started calling friends and family to come and help, and looked into picking up a rental truck myself, because at this point we had to move that day. As I was pulled up to get a rental truck, Moving Proz called back and said they could have a crew at my old house at 11:30. The moving crew showed up noon. The moving crew themselves were fantastic! They were quick and professional. They treated our property like their own. They didn't cause any damages!
